Resumen
Analizar el Rol Dinamizador de la EPS en el Ecuador: Situación actual y Perspectiva. Es el
objetivo general del presente trabajo. Se expusieron objetivos específicos como; Conceptualizar
las teorías de La Economía Solidaria, Determinar el Rol que desempeña el Modelo Popular y
Solidario en la economía ecuatoriana, Establecer la Evolución de los aportes del Gobierno
Nacional Ecuatoriano al sector de la Economía Popular y Solidaria. Se realizaron
conceptualizaciones sobre las teorías de la Economía Social y Solidaria, teorías acerca del
surgimiento de la EPS en el Ecuador. Se utiliza información estadística compartida por las
organizaciones del Estado, para evidenciar los aportes que tiene la EPS dentro de la Economía
del país mostrando un desarrollo importante en inclusión financiera y social desde su
legitimación formal hasta la actualidad. Se utilizó el método histórico-comparativo, deductivo,
analítico, descriptivo y el enfoque cualitativo-cuantitativo y se Obtuvo información del
Instituto de Economía Popular y Solidaria y de la Superintendencia de Economía Popular y
Solidaria. Existen avances en el marco jurídico y regulatorio mismos que han permitido
visibilizar a este sector, mejorando la institucionalidad, la participación colectiva y las políticas
públicas del país.
Analyze the Dynamizing Role of the EPS in Ecuador: Current Situation and Perspective. It is the general objective of this work. Specific objectives were set out such as; Conceptualize the theories of Solidarity Economy, Determine the Role played by the Popular and Solidarity Model in the Ecuadorian economy, Establish the Evolution of the contributions of the Ecuadorian National Government to the Popular and Solidarity Economy sector. Conceptualizations were made on the theories of the Social and Solidarity Economy, theories about the emergence of the EPS in Ecuador. Statistical information shared by State organizations is used to demonstrate the contributions that the EPS has within the country's economy, showing an important development in financial and social inclusion from its formal legitimacy to the present. The historical-comparative, deductive, analytical, descriptive method and the qualitative-quantitative approach were used and information was obtained from the Institute of Popular and Solidarity Economy and the Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy. There are advances in the legal and regulatory framework that have made it possible to make this sector more visible, improving the institutional framework, collective participation and the country's public policies
