Resumen
En Guayaquil se elabora hielo purificado, unos de los objetivos de este proyecto es crear o elaborar un producto nuevo e innovador para la diversidad de productos en el mercado, en este caso el producto es hielo mineral. Este proyecto consta de 3 capítulos; de los cuales se indicará el estudio del hielo, el comportamiento de este producto en el mercado, los procesos, maquinarias y equipos que se necesitará p ara producir dicho producto, financiamiento y la rentabilidad de crear el sistema productor de hielo mineral. n el introducción se analizo la materia prima, es decir, el agua potable, la calidad del mismo y cuáles son los métodos para convertir dicha agua potable a agua purificada, después a agua mineral y luego congelarla para elaborar el producto de este proyecto de tesis. En el estudio de mercado y en el estudio técnico (Análisi s y Diagnostico) se determino la aceptación que puede tener este producto por medio de estudios y encuestas realizada durante el tiempo de realización de dicho proyecto; y una producción proyecta para el primer año de 205322,3046
Kg/año del cual se venderá en fundas de 3 Kg. Se determino dos inversiones en el estudio económico, el primero si solo se instala el sistema: $ 139.985,49 y el segundo si se instala y se produce este producto: $ 187.447,92 ; del cual que el segundo financiamiento se dividirá el 78,66% entre 5 socios y el 21,34% en un préstamo bancario. La rentabilidad de este proyecto da como resultado un TIR de 69.97 % con un tiempo de recuperación de 6 años, 11 mes y 15 días, que da una posible rentabilidad a este proyecto; en las recomendaciones y conclusiones se indico los estudio realizados, sus resultados y como mejorar durante el tiempo de vida útil de este proy ecto de tesis.
