Resumen
El proyecto de micro empresa se desarrolla en el sector económico del cantón Bucay; que, a lo largo del tiempo ha desatendido el mercado de la confección de ropa, específicamente en ropa de mujeres. En la actualidad no existen mercaderistas mayoristas locales en el Cantón, lo que ocasiona que muchas personas viajen a otros cantones por mercadería, creando mayores costos y esfuerzo. En los últimos tiempos el diseño de ropa para mujeres ha decaído en innovación de modelos por lo que no se conoce la demanda y en qué situación de preferencias de gustos tienen. Es por aquello que se presenta la creación de una micro empresa que diseñe y confecciones ropa de mujeres dedicado para las mujeres del cantón Bucay y sus cantones aledaños.
Se pretenderá identificar la tendencia y gustos de las personas al adquirir prendas de vestir, con la finalidad de conocer y satisfacer a la demanda. Incluye un marco teórico y un marco legal que permitirá obtener mayor entendimiento sobre el entorno de proyecto.
Concluyendo con la propuesta de la estructura organizacional y administrativa, análisis financiero, inversión inicial y su recuperación y un análisis de la viabilidad y factibilidad del proyecto.
The micro-enterprise project is developed in the economic sector of the Bucay canton; that, over time, has neglected the clothing manufacturing market, specifically women's clothing. Currently there are no local wholesale merchants in the Canton, which causes many people to travel to other cantons for merchandise, creating higher costs and effort. In recent times, the design of women's clothing has declined in model innovation, so the demand is not known and in what situation of taste preferences they have. It is for this reason that the creation of a micro-company that designs and manufactures women's clothing is presented, dedicated to the women of the Bucay canton and its neighboring cantons. It will seek to identify the trend and tastes of people when purchasing clothing, in order to meet and meet the demand. It includes a theoretical framework and a legal framework that will allow for a better understanding of the project environment. Concluding with the proposal of the organizational and administrative structure, financial analysis, initial investment and its recovery and an analysis of the viability and feasibility of the project.
