Análisis De Factibilidad Para El Cultivo De Café En La Parroquia Juan Gómez Rendón

Resumen
El presente proyecto de investigación se basa en la necesidad de la empresa Asap Business S.A. que maneja la marca Café Rodríguez, por conocer la factibilidad de implementar un cultivo de café en la parroquia rural Juan Gómez Rendón de la ciudad de Guayaquil, como medio de obtención de materia prima. El tipo de investigación aplicado para el desarrollo del proyecto fue el documental y de campo. Adicionalmente, mediante la investigación de campo, se logró identificar que los cultivos de café se adaptan en la parroquia seleccionada. También, se aplicó la entrevista como técnica de investigación, dirigido a agricultores de la zona, pertenecientes a la Asociación Agropecuaria Mundo Agro ASOAMUN, incluso a un ingeniero agrónomo del MAGAP para reforzar la información obtenida en la parroquia. Los principales resultados mostraron que, seleccionando la ubicación correcta, y tecnificando los procesos de producción del cultivo, se logra la factibilidad técnica. Principalmente se concluyó que la zona idónea dentro de la parroquia para establecer el cultivo es San Lorenzo, ya que tiene acceso al canal de agua para riego que es el canal Cerecita-Playas. Además, las proyecciones mostraron que la empresa, recupera la inversión en el cuarto año del cultivo de café. Consecuentemente, a través de la valoración financiera del flujo de caja proyectado se reflejó la factibilidad económica del proyecto y se demostró que establecer un cultivo de café en la parroquia Juan Gómez Rendón como medio de obtención de materia prima directa es rentable y viable para la empresa Asap Business S.A.
The present research project is based on the need of the company Asap Business S.A. that manages the brand Café Rodríguez, for knowing the feasibility of implementing a coffee crop in the rural parish of Juan Gómez Rendón of the city of Guayaquil, as a means of obtaining raw material. The type of research applied for the development of the project was documentary and field. Additionally, through field research, it was possible to identify that coffee crops are adapted in the selected parish. In addition, the interview was applied as a research technique, which was aimed at members of the Mundo Agro Agricultural Association ASOAMUN and even an agricultural engineer who works at MAGAP to reinforce the information obtained in the parish. The main results showed that by selecting the correct location, and technifying the production processes of the crop, technical feasibility is achieved. It was mainly concluded that the ideal area within the parish to establish the crop is San Lorenzo, since it has access to the water channel for irrigation that is the Cerecita-Playas channel. Projections even showed that the company recovers the investment in the fourth year of coffee cultivation. Consequently, through the financial valuation of the projected cash flow, the economic feasibility of the project was reflected, and it was shown that establishing a coffee crop in the Juan Gómez Rendón parish as a means of obtaining direct raw material is profitable and viable for Asap Business company.
