Resumen
El presente trabajo investigativo consiste en la elaboración de manual de gestión contable debido que es fundamental dentro de una organización, ayuda a que los objetivos planteados se desarrollen. además, permite optimizar procesos contables y que se realicen de manera eficiente, sin que haya error alguno en las actividades del área contable. Se determinó que existe un mal manejo del sistema contable que la empresa utiliza para desarrollar sus actividades en el área contable. Lo que influye a que las actividades como ingresar cuentas contables, al no ser colocadas de manera correcta lo que afecta de manera directa a los estados financieros a que no reflejen las cantidades correctas y los balances presentados den como resultado falencias. Además, la empresa ASAPBUSINESS S.A. requiere de mejorar los procesos contables que interviene en la prestación de servicios.
Este proyecto tiene como finalidad diseñar un modelo de gestión en el área contable para maximizar el desempeño con un mínimo de recursos humanos y tecnológico para gestionar un debido control y registro de la contabilidad. Bajo el método de SRUM, la gestión contable de la empresa ASPBUSINESS S.A mejorará técnicamente el desarrollo de las actividades contables y desarrollar técnicas claves. permitirá fortalecer la estructura organizativa con la responsabilidad del SCRUM MASTER que con su equipo de trabajo debe definir los principios básicos de las actividades del departamento de contabilidad. Además, la redacción de un manual permitirá tener un registro actualizado de los programas ejecutados en el área contable por cada miembro que la conforma.
The present research work consists of the elaboration of an accounting management manual because it is fundamental within an organization, it helps to develop the proposed objectives. In addition, it optimizes accounting processes and allows them to be carried out efficiently, without any error in the activities of the accounting area. It was determined that there is a poor management of the accounting system that the company uses to develop its activities in the accounting area. This influences the activities such as entering accounting accounts, as they are not placed correctly, which directly affects the financial statements that do not reflect the correct amounts and the balance sheets presented result in shortcomings. In addition, ASAPBUSINESS S.A. needs to improve the accounting processes involved in the provision of services. The purpose of this project is to design a management model in the accounting area to maximize performance with a minimum of human and technological resources to manage proper accounting control and record keeping. Under the SRUM method, the accounting management of ASPBUSINESS S.A. will technically improve the development of accounting activities and develop key techniques. will strengthen the organizational structure with the responsibility of the SCRUM MASTER who, together with his team, must define the basic principles of the accounting department's activities. In addition, the drafting of a manual will make it possible to have an updated record of the programs carried out in the accounting area by each of its members.
