Desarrollo de una Aplicación para la Interpretación de Imágenes Utilizando Dispositivo de Reconocimiento Aéreo (Quadcopter) para Ayudar al Descongestionamiento Vehicular

Resumen
La implementación de una aplicación que consta en el montaje de un servidor en
LinuxCentos 6.3 con la comunicación a través del concepto de redes Inalámbricas
interactuando con una cámara IP que se encuentra montado en el Dispositivo de
Reconocimiento Aéreo(Quadcopter) para que pueda almacenar imágenes, videos a
través de varios servicios de aplicaciones con la comunicación entre distintos protocolos
y que dicha data pueda ser interpretada por los conductores con el objetivo de poder
ayudar al descongestionamiento vehicular en el cantón La Troncal sabiendo el estado de
la avenida principal 25 de Agosto por medio de este reconocimiento aéreo y decidir si
se toma una vía alterna para llegar hacia su destino, se realizaron configuraciones por
medio de aplicaciones Open source para que esta información pueda ser vista desde la
web a través de este desarrollo tecnológico o vista a través de un dispositivo móvil útil
para los conductores. La implementación final se la ejecutó en fases; lo primero fue
ensamblar y configurar el Servidor Centos 6.3 con conceptos LVM, luego se habilitaron
2 servicios para el almacenamiento desde la cámara IP del Quadcoptero hasta nuestro
servidor por medio de servicios como el Samba (SMB) con su puerto 445 y a su vez el
servicio Ftp con su puerto 21, con estos servicios podremos guardar toda nuestra base
de datos de imágenes y videos para que puedan ser interpretadas por los conductores. Se
configuró un programa Open source llamado ISPY para que el administrador de este
dispositivo pueda tener la posibilidad de hacer varias implementaciones en la cámara
que se detalla en todo el proyecto, se activaron alertas con la tecnología java
programando a través de una aplicación desarrollada que envíe correos electrónicos
cuando hay detección de placas de vehículos y para que el administrador le pueda dar
un uso más específico al momento de la planeación aérea. Se configuró también en
periféricos de salida como lo son los Teléfonos inteligentes donde se le instaló el
programa Ispy para celulares y publicación Web en la propia Página de este programa
Open Source.
