Infección de vías urinarias y leucorrea patologicacomo factores predisponentes al parto pretérmino

Resumen
Esta investigación se realizó en el Hospital General Guasmo Sur para determinar
si las infecciones de vías urinarias, leucorrea patológica influye en provocar parto
pretérmino a mujeres embarazadas. La metodología de la investigación fue
descriptiva observacional modalidad cuantitativa porque como fuente de
información fueron registros de fichas medicas de las pacientes gestantes
proporcionado por el hospital. Se tomo una muestra de 100 pacientes gestantes
de manera aleatoria para usar cálculos estadísticos solo para identificar el
número de incidencia de partos pretérminos con leucorreas patológicas e
infecciones de vías urinarias; reconocer el tipo de infección de vías urinarias y
de leucorrea patológica. Como resultados hubo una baja presencia infecciones
de vías urinarias en las fichas medicas de las pacientes que se realizaron parto
pretérmino; no hubo presencia de ningún tipo de leucorrea patológica dentro de
los resultados.

The methodology of the research was descriptive observational quantitative modality because as a source of information were records of medical records of pregnant patients provided by the hospital. A sample of 100 pregnant patients was taken randomly to use statistical calculations only to identify the incidence number of preterm births with pathological leukorrheas and urinary tract infections; to recognize the type of urinary tract infection and pathological leukorrhea. As a result, there was a low presence of urinary tract infections in the medical records of the patients who underwent preterm delivery; there was no presence of any type of pathological leukorrhea within the results.
