Resumen
El presente trabajo de titulación pretende diseñar un prototipo de vivienda progresiva de carácter social, la misma que cumple con los requisitos elementales necesarios para las familias de los habitantes de Bastión Popular, aportando de esta manera una posible solución a una gran problemática dentro del sector como lo es la segregación urbana la misma que se ha convertido a través del tiempo conociéndolos hoy en día como los populares asentamientos informales, logrando obtener un diseño bien estructurado orientado a garantizar el confort interno de la vivienda, mejorando el bienestar de los habitantes y proporcionando de esta manera una morada en la cual se pueda habitar. La finalidad de proponer que la vivienda sea de uso progresivo va a permitir que las familias cuenten con un espacio que puedan modificar a futuro de acuerdo a sus necesidades, permitiendo implementar espacios mínimos pero a su vez apropiados que van acorde a los criterios de sistemas pasivos ofreciéndoles una vivienda adecuada a los usuario, a través del uso de materiales sostenibles elegidos de manera consciente acorde a la metodología de análisis multicriterio, lo que nos permitió la mejoría de los estándares de calidad habitacional y a su vez reducir la contaminación ambiental.
The present work of titling intends to design a prototype of progressive housing of social character, the same one that fulfills the necessary elementary requirements for the families of the inhabitants of Bastion Popular, contributing in this way a possible solution to a great problematic inside the sector as it is the urban segregation the same one that has become through the time knowing them today like the popular informal settlements, managing to obtain a well-structured design oriented to guarantee the internal comfort of the housing, improving the well-being of the inhabitants and providing in this way a dwelling in which it is possible to live. The purpose of proposing that the housing be of progressive use will allow families to have a space that they can modify in the future according to their needs, allowing the implementation of minimum but appropriate spaces that go according to the criteria of passive systems, offering an adequate housing to the user, through the use of sustainable materials chosen consciously according to the methodology of multicriteria analysis, which allowed us to improve the housing quality standards and in turn reduce environmental pollution.
