PERTINENCIA DE INSTRUMENTOS UTILIZADOS EN LA FASE DE EVALUACIÓN DE LA AUTOESTIMA DE ADOLESCENTES PERTENECIENTES DE UN CENTRO DE ACOGIDA

Abstract

La sistematización de experiencia del presente trabajo de titulación tuvo como objeto la fase de evaluación, para la promoción de la autoestima del programa “Yo me doy un like” ejecutado en el centro de acogida del proyecto Salesiano Guayaquil de la fundación Padre Antonio Amador, se planteó como eje de sistematización ¿De qué manera fue o no pertinente los instrumentos utilizados en la fase de evaluación de la autoestima de adolescentes pertenecientes de un centro de acogida? Se trabajo desde un enfoque sociocrítico, con el objetivo de revisar la pertinencia de instrumentos utilizados y conocer si fueron idóneos. Utilizamos los siguientes instrumentos, Escala de autoestima de Rosenberg, la escala de autoestima de Coopersmith, estilos de Crianza de Steinberg y la entrevista semiestructurada. Por medio de la reflexión crítica identificamos que es muy importante que los instrumentos elegidos deben ser evaluados por los tutores de prácticas y los directores del programa, tratando de evidenciar si son pertinentes para ejecutarlos

The objective of the systematization of the experience of this degree work was the evaluation phase for the promotion of self-esteem of the program "Yo me doy un like" implemented in the shelter of the Salesian Guayaquil project of the Father Antonio Amador Foundation. The systematization axis was: How were the instruments used in the evaluation phase of the self-esteem of adolescents belonging to a shelter relevant or not? We worked from a socio-critical approach, with the objective of reviewing the relevance of the instruments used and to know if they were suitable. We used the following instruments: Rosenberg's self-esteem scale, Coopersmith's self-esteem scale, Steinberg's parenting styles and the semi-structured interview. Through critical reflection we identified that it is very important that the instruments chosen should be evaluated by the internship tutors and the program directors, trying to show if they are pertinent to execute them
