más detallada de la altura ósea y la dimensión Vestíbulooral;
a través de técnicas radiológicas
Since implant therapy is extremely important, it is necessary to use x-rays, to inform patients about the future rehabilitation with implant stability. Currently there are many options available for preoperative planning of implants. From the use of periapical radiographs, which by their nature are two-dimensional information of the images is evident the absence of vestibulooral dimension. In this case the surgeon will take the risk of finding a bone remaining narrow. Regarding the panoramic radiograph, now is an important diagnostic tool inthe daily practice, it reports the location of various structures. However, we present a magnification in the horizontal and vertical (1.25-1.27). Considering this statement, all clinicians should take into consideration when meeting with bone loss greater than 10 mm, which will require more detailed information on bone height and scale Hall-oral through radiological techniques.
