The present research project is about the mechanical principles of permanent dental preparations of the anterior sector, topic of superior interest applied to the dental pieces to receive a fixed restoration which must be prepared adequately according certain indications allow obtain a final restoration, with good retention stability firmness structural, excellent marginal adaptation and getting appropriate aesthetic, to preserve and promote health in the pieces to be treated and their supporting tissues. The classical way for the placement a fixed prosthesis is a sculpting two pieces to hold the other missing ones. The sculpting pieces are named " pillars " and the missing ones " ponticos "; en consequence over sculpting pillars will go crown cases; they form a body with the ponticos; This is the classical fixed bridge
