El estrés laboral en el ejercicio profesional de los docentes de primer semestre de la Carrera Diseño Gráfico de la Facultad de Comunicación Social de la Universidad de Guayaquil 2014 – 2015

Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó en la Carrera Diseño Gráfico de la
Facultad de Comunicación Social de la Universidad de Guayaquil durante
el período comprendido entre el año 2014 -2015; con la que participaron
autoridades, docentes y estudiantes se ha requerido de cómo afecta el
estrés laboral en los docentes en su desempeño académico. El marco
teórico se fundamentó con teorías científicas, se aplicó el método
inductivo y el método hipotético-deductivo que fueron primordiales para
tener información veraz de la problemática, en cuanto a los tipos de
investigación se aplicaron la investigación aplicada, descriptiva y de
campo. La muestra se determinó en tipo No probabilística y se utilizaron
técnicas de investigación como la observación, encuesta y entrevista, los
resultados obtenidos se representaron en tablas y gráficos de cada una
de las preguntas; estos resultados justifican la elaboración de las
conclusiones y recomendaciones, así como ejecutar la propuesta de
elaborar una guía informativa para disminuir el nivel de estrés y mejorar el
desempeño académico.

The frame theoretical substantiated with scientific theories, the method was applied inductive and deductive hypothetical method that were central to have accurate information on the problem, in the types of applied research, descriptive and applied research country.
