Resumen
El presente Proyecto tiene como objetivo central crear los fundamentos básicos para el desarrollo agroindustrial de la parroquia Chongón, para mejorar el conocimiento del agricultor concientizándolo para que incursione en un mercado atractivo y rentable, bajo el concepto del turismo con proyecciones ecológicas, sociales y culturales que contribuyen a un cambio significativo en el bienestar de sus moradores. Se planificó una investigación para proponer el diseño de una ruta agroturística como una opción para fomentar el agroturismo en la zona. Los resultados indican la existencia de una demanda de turistas que quieren dejar el bullicio de las ciudades y acercarse a la naturaleza, buscan esparcimiento y relajación en nuevos espacios, alejándose de los lugares turísticos de masa que generan incomodidad por su saturación. En su conjunto el estudio determina la viabilidad y factibilidad de este proyecto, que ha establecido el uso del 20% de las hectáreas de cultivos utilizadas para la agricultura con una inversión inicial de $ 30240.
This project's main objective is to create the basic foundations for the development of agro Chongón parish, improving farmers' knowledge and raising awareness for forays into an attractive and profitable market, the concept of tourism with ecological, social and cultural projections, contributing to a significant change in the welfare of their inhabitants. An investigation was planned to propose the design of an agro tourismrout as an option for promoting agrotourism in the area. The results indicate the existence of a demand of tourists who want to leave the bustle of cities and be close to nature, seeking leisure and relaxation in new areas, away from the mass tourist sites that generate discomfort saturation. On its whole the study determines the feasibility and viability of this project, which is set to use 20% of the hectares of crops used for agriculture with an initial investment of $ 30,240.
