Resumen
El presente estudio investigativo, tiene el propósito de dar a
conocer cuan importante es la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional en una
empresa y en cada puesto de trabajo, realizando la identificación y
evaluación de los riesgos laborales encontrados y lo que causa a los
trabajadores del área en estudio, y que permitió analizar el desarrollo de
las actividades, considerando la magnitud del peligro que ocasionan los
riesgos, a través de diferentes métodos de identificación para la
determinación de los mismos, en la Planta Extrusora de Aluminio (FISA).
Se proveerá el empleo de distintas alternativas herramentales y técnicas
para una identificación y evaluación sólida, que cuenten con datos
precisos y confiables, cercanos a la realidad del problema. Para la
identificación y evaluación de los riesgos presentes, se utilizó el Método
Simplificado INSHT y al tener como diagnóstico los problemas
encontrados, el beneficio y compromiso que tendrá la empresa será el de
aportar con propuestas de mejoras y acciones preventivas y/o correctivas
que mejoren el ambiente laboral, y hagan que la empresa sea más
productiva y eficiente, que precautele la Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional
de los trabajadores.

The present investigative study has the purpose to demonstrate how important is the Security and Occupational Health in a company and in each job, for this the identification and evaluation of the workable dangers are found and what cause to the workers of the area on study and that permited to analize the development of the activities, it is considered the magnitude of the danger that the risk caused, through of different methods of identification for the determination of them, in the Plant of Aluminium Extruder (FISA). It will provide the job of different tooling and tecnichal alternatives to an identification and solid evaluation that they have with precise and confident near to the reality of the problem. For the identification and evaluation of the present risks, is used the simplify method INSHT and to obtain the diagnostic the opposing problems the benefit and compromise that it will have the company it will be bring with proposal of growth and preventive and/or correct actions that they improve the laboral environment and this way the company will be more productive and efficient and it prevent the Security and Occupational Health of the workers.
