Análisis, diagnóstico e implementación de un sistema de gestión de prevención y control de riesgos laborales en la Empresa Inmatosa S.A.

Resumen
El presente trabajo propone un Sistema de Gestión de Prevención y Control de Riesgos Laborales, investigando las condiciones de trabajo en la que se realizan las operaciones de la empresa INMATOSA S.A. con el objetivo de demostrar que actividades puedan generar la ocurrencia de accidentes de trabajo y enfermedades profesionales, de esta manera proponer medidas de prevención y control de riesgos laborales las cuales disminuyan el índice de incidente y/o accidentes de trabajo. Empleando acciones tales como la capacitación frecuente del personal en materia de seguridad industrial, socialización del reglamento de seguridad y salud de la empresa, socialización de procedimiento de etiquetado y bloqueo de fuentes de energía peligrosas, socialización de los procedimientos de trabajos de riesgos tales como trabajos en altura, trabajos en caliente, trabajos en espacios confinados. Para levantamiento de información se realizaron entrevistas a directivos de la empresa e inspecciones de seguridad, para la identificación de peligros se elaboró una matriz de riesgos, para la identificación de los problemas y sus causas se utilizó el diagrama causa efecto, para la evaluación de riesgos se utilizó el Método William T Fine, con los resultados cualitativos y cuantitativos obtenidos de los métodos y técnicas aplicadas se pudo diagnosticar la situación actual de la empresa, de esta manera proponer un plan maestro anual para el Sistema de Gestión de Prevención y Control realizando recomendaciones junto con propuestas valoradas que permitan dar soluciones de prevención, minimización, control o eliminación de los riesgos laborales presentes en las operaciones de la empresa.
The current job proposes a system of process for prevention as well as to reduce risk in the work place, researching the conditions of work in which the operation of the company INMATOSA SA with the objective of demonstrating that the activities can generate the occurrence or re-occurrence of accidents in the workplace and professional diseases, in which a way proposed measures of prevention and controls to reduce the risk of labor hazard and elevated safety and risk prevention. These initiatives such as providing the collateral promoting and educating on tips for a safer and hazard free work environment become preventative tools in the work place translating into a safer work environment. Industrial safety Standard Operating Procedures for Safety and Good Health Tools for Hazardous Environment Safety steps and outline by classification according to job category broken down into individual categories that outline the factors that impact that work environment for the employee for example height, climate and work confined spaces. In order to properly design such tools with the market specific outline, the company would have to perform interviews, inspections, to be able to identify the current work conditions; to identify what the current hazards or potential risk there may be in the current space and current equipment being asked to work with. Once these steps are taken, using the measures designed by Mr. William T Fine, a diagnostic will be generated with the suggestion as to what would be the correct way to operate and handle with the procedures that need to be implemented. This diagnostic will give the company a complete overview as to the areas that the organization is vulnerable from all aspects. The analysis, the diagnostic and the step by step outline of how to prevent and control risk and hazard in the work place. KEY WORDS: Prevention System, Control, Risk Analysis, Diagnosis
