Identificación de las necesidades de aprendizaje sobre lactancia materna en madres primigestas en el Area de Consulta Externa del Hospital Materno Infantil Matilde Hidalgo de Procel

Resumen
El estudio fue descriptivo, porque nos permitió determinar las necesidades de
conocimiento y describir la problemática de una realidad social , los datos fueron obtenidos
por medio deencuestas , aplicadas a 60 madres primigestas que acuden a las áreas de
adolescencia y consulta externa que corresponde en su mayoría de 13 a 20 años y un
número menor lo ocupan madres de 21 a 38 años ,al realizar el análisis de los resultados
se comprobó que el 53% de las encuestadas recibieròn capacitación exclusiva sobre
lactancia materna , el 41% recibió orientación por parte del personal de salud , el 77% tiene
predisposición de aprender , en cuanto al nivel de conocimientos que poseen las
primigestas se determinóque el 42 % poseen un nivel medio en cuanto al tema , 25%bajo y
el 15%alto. Lo que me llevo a una conclusión que existe un gran porcentaje de madres que
reciben capacitación y orientación durante el embarazo por tal motivo es necesario trabajar
con los grupos internos y externos a la institución y lograr llegar más alláidentificado los
factores que impiden a no cubrir en su totalidad las necesidades de aprendizaje en las
primigestas.
The study was descriptive because it allowed to determine knowledge needs and describe the problem of a social reality, the data were obtained by surveys applied to 60 primiparous mothers that attend to adolescence and outpatient areas, corresponding in majority of 13 to 20 years old and fewer are 21 to 38 years old, the analysis of results showed that 53% of survey respondents received exclusive training about breastfeeding, 41% received a guidance from health staff, 77% have a predisposition for learning, with regard to level of knowledge of primiparous mothers was determined that 42% have an intermediate level about this topic,25% low and 15% high. This allowed to come to conclusion that there is a large percentage of mothers who receive a training and guidance during pregnancy, for this reason it is necessary to work with internal and external groups to achieve to reach beyond, identifying factors that prevent fully cover learning need sin primiparous mothers.
