Resumen
El presente trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito general plantear el “ESTUDIO PARA EL DISEÑO ARQUITECTÓNICO DEL NUEVO EDIFICIO MUNICIPAL EN EL CANTÓN VINCES DE LA PROVINCIA DE LOS RÍOS” dirigido a la población en general del Cantón de Vinces de la Provincia de los Ríos. El proyecto surge como una solución integral a la falta de alternativas de espacios adecuados que contribuyan al servicio que brindan los funcionarios que laboran en el edificio municipal donde puedan realizar una serie de actividades acordes a las necesidades a la población.
La investigación de este proyecto en principio se ha desarrollado mediante un estudio de carácter exploratorio-descriptivo, el cual sirve como punto de partida para conocer, identificar y obtener un análisis preliminar de la problemática y situación actual en la que se encuentra la población del cantón.
Las principales fuentes de información primaria empleadas para la recolección de datos fueron la observación, ya que de esta manera se obtiene contacto visual directo con el área de estudio , además de la encuesta la cual se utiliza como instrumento un formulario aplicado a la población y a las parroquias rurales del cantón Vinces con el fin de conocer sus aspectos socio-demográficos, los cuales fueron estudiados y analizados cuantitativamente y tabulados para establecer porcentajes que permitan verificar las hipótesis planteadas , con el fin de determinar la demanda real del proyecto que llevaran a cabo la elaboración del tema y el proponer una solución arquitectónica al problema.
The present research is to raise the general purpose "ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN STUDIO FOR NEW MUNICIPAL BUILDING IN CANTON VINCES PROVINCE DE LOS RIOS" aimed at the general population of the Canton Vinces of the Province of Rios. The project comes as a comprehensive solution to the lack of alternative adequate spaces that contribute to the service provided by staff working in the municipal building where they can perform a number of activities that meet the needs of the population. The research for this project in principle has been developed through an exploratory-descriptive, which serves as a starting point to understand, identify and obtain a preliminary analysis of the problem and current situation in which the population of the canton is. The main sources of primary information used for data collection were observation, because in this way direct eye contact with the study area is obtained in addition to the survey, which is used as an instrument in a form applied to the population and rural parishes of the canton Vinces in order to meet their socio-demographic aspects, which were studied and quantitatively analyzed and tabulated to establish percentages for verifying the hypotheses, in order to determine the actual demand for the project to carry out the preparation of the issue and propose an architectural solution to the problem.
