The statistical results in dependent form make a difference in the use of sealing techniques to optimize or to have them for reference only. We must continue to emphasize the importance and behavior of apical leakage. The results of this study indicate a short term in gutta-percha thermoplasticized blocked by condensation methods with Vertical Shutter has the same filtration apical leakage obtained with the shutter system. You get a better seal by using a cement that without its use, as experienced in this study obtained from positive controls in which cement was used Top Seal. This is consistent with the work of researchers, who observed an increase in microleakage with immediate movement of the main cones were placed in the root canal. The information obtained was subjected to statistical analysis using the method of analysis of T Student, since each group contained less than 30 pieces. We obtained measurements of variance, standard deviation, so that with a confidence level of 95% is obtained upper and lower limits of confidence and confirmation that the hypothesis Ho as correct, ie, apical filtration technique sealing the leak equals the Vertical Shutter. When t is statistically within the area of non-refoulement, which in this study was 0.65 t = a no statistically significant difference between groups. Therefore is ruled out, the alternative hypothesis stating that the leak between the two techniques was significant. The coding and the amount of minimum and maximum leakage could be observed in Tables 1 and 2 to evaluate the results
