Impacto Psicosocial de las redes de apoyo en familia de usuarios con discapacidad de la Isla Trinitaria-Guayaquil.

Resumen
La presente investigación se realizó dentro de la concepción psicosocial de las Redes de Apoyo a familias que tienen una persona con discapacidad en el sector urbano – marginal en la Isla Trinitaria de la ciudad de Guayaquil.
La discapacidad no es algo que se tiene, ni algo que se es, sino que se entiende como un estado de funcionamiento que describe el ajuste entre las discapacidades del individuo, la estructura y expectativas de su entorno personal, educativo y social.
Este trabajo de investigación fue elaborado basado en tres aspectos:
-El primero se desarrolló con la acción y selección de las familias que tienen una persona con discapacidad.
-El segundo presenta un recorrido actualizado de las diferentes Redes de Apoyo que intervienen en la relación e integración de las familias que esperan un cambio en su estilo de vida.
-El tercero es un estudio psicológico y reflexivo de datos que se recogen en las personas que tienen algún tipo de discapacidad, sea esta intelectual, física o sensorial.
Se analizan las variables que se dan sobre la base de las necesidades y diferentes actitudes de las familias.
El propósito de esta investigación es dar a conocer los resultados parciales y finales que dan cuenta del comportamiento de los reactivos aplicados, de acuerdo al grado de dificultad que tienen los investigados en función de la distribución de las respuestas de ellos.
Esta investigación se relaciona con un estudio exhaustivo sobre la cobertura, calidad y equidad de las Redes de Apoyo Social que definieron indicadores para evaluar y mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas entre 6 y 25 años de edad que tienen alguna discapacidad.
Los instrumentos aplicados fueron:
a) El test “El Dibujo de la Familia”, el cual muestra la relación que tiene cada individuo en el seno familiar. El Cuestionario del Informante Clave, se percibe, el nivel de conocimiento del entorno familiar y sus necesidades
b) La Entrevista Semi – Estructurada de Cuidador Principal demuestra el interés que motiva a seguir con el cuidado del familiar, olvidando sus sueños, metas e incluso su propio bienestar. Finalmente el estudio analizó los diferentes momentos, cambios y apoyo por los cuales han atravesado estas familias, evidenciándose su fortalecimiento.
Al finalizar esta investigación se obtiene como resultado que las Redes de Apoyo Social a las familias que tienen usuarios con discapacidad ayudan a mejorar su calidad de vida y también de la comunidad.

The purpose of this research is to publicize and final results that show the behavior of the reagents applied, according to the degree of difficulty for investigation based on the distribution of responses from them. This research involves a comprehensive study on the coverage, quality and equity of social support networks that defined indicators to evaluate and improve the quality of life of people between 6 and 25 years old who have disabilities. The instruments used were: a) The test "The Drawing of the Family", which shows the relationship of each individual in the family. Key Informant Questionnaire is perceived, the level of knowledge of the family environment and needs b) The Interview Semi - Structured Primary Caregiver demonstrates the interest that motivates them to continue with the care of family, forgetting your dreams, goals and even their own welfare. Finally, the study analyzed different times, changes and support which these families have gone through, showing its strengthening. At the end of this research is obtained as a result Networks Social Support for families with disabled users help improve their quality of life and community.
