Resumen
Esta investigación resume los resultados en el aspecto de describir la caracterización de los Estilos de liderazgo de los Coordinadores de los Centros de Servicios múltiples de Fundación Niñez Internacional, de la ciudad de Guayaquil.
Es una investigación de tipo descriptivo, que busca describir y determinar los estilos de liderazgo ejercidos en el centro de trabajo; de diseño No Experimental y no posee hipótesis, lo que se realizó es aplicar dos test que nos permitió analizar los diferentes estilos de liderazgo, para ello aplicamos el Test de Liderazgo de Kurt Lewin y un Test de Liderazgo de la Universidad de Chile, adicional a la aplicación de test también se incluyó una guía de observación y una entrevista sobre la administración que realiza el Coordinador de CAS, esto
con el fin de identificar los estilos de liderazgo que existen en cada uno de los Centros de Servicios Múltiples. Estos instrumentos fueron aplicados a los asistentes de CAS y al personal médico y odontológico. Ellos identificaron las principales potencialidades y obstáculos que enfrentan los Coordinadores en el
desempeño de sus responsabilidades laborales.
El Coordinador busca soluciones inmediatas a las diferentes situaciones que se puedan presentar en el CAS, demostrando entusiasmo, esfuerzo, carisma, dedicación, transmitiendo valores y confianza a su equipo. Los diferentes estilos de liderazgo que ejerce cada Coordinador, es un factor determinante
en el proceso de relaciones que se dan entre compañeros e influyen en la predisposición y actitud de quien es liderado. El liderazgo dentro de Fundación Niñez Internacional - Children International, debe garantizar en gran medida el resultado de los objetivos y metas de la organización, además de determinar el desempeño y la efectividad a nivel laboral de estas personas.
Como resultado tenemos que los Coordinadores poseen un estilo de liderazgo único, son democráticos en el momento de ejercer su influencia. Responsables, colaboradores, comprometidos en mejorar día a día su trabajo, analíticos, creativos, pacientes, carismáticos; y con ciertas correcciones en que se debe
mejorar como: actitud, proactividad, cambios de comportamientos según la situación de cada CAS.
Así mismo, se da las sugerencias para mejorar la situación como fortalecer su nivel de liderazgo mediante capacitaciones, jornadas de integración y el compromiso de cambiar y mejorar su forma de liderar.
This research summarizes the results in the appearance of describing the characterization of leadership styles Coordinators Centers multiple Childhood Services International Foundation, the city of Guayaquil. It is a descriptive research, which seeks to describe and determine the styles of leadership exercised in the workplace; Design No Experimental and has no hypothesis, what was done is to apply two tests that allowed us to analyze the different styles of leadership, for we apply the Test Leadership Kurt Lewin and Test of Leadership at the University of Chile, in addition to test the application of an observation guide and an interview about the administration making the CAS Coordinator was also included, this in order to identify leadership styles that exist in each of the multiple service centers. These instruments were applied to CAS assistants and medical and dental staff. They identified the main obstacles facing potential and Coordinators in the performance of their job responsibilities. The Coordinator seeks immediate to different situations that may arise in the CAS solutions, demonstrating enthusiasm, effort, charisma, dedication, transmitting values and trust his team. The different styles of leadership exercised by each Coordinator, is a determining factor in the process of relations that exist between partners and influence the willingness and attitude of one who is led. Leadership within Children International Foundation - Children International, should ensure largely the result of the objectives and goals of the organization, in addition to determining the performance and effectiveness at work level of these people. As a result we have the Coordinators have a unique style of leadership, they are democratic in time to influence. Responsible, collaborators, committed to improving their work day to day, analytical, creative, patient, charismatic; and corrections that must be improve as: attitude, proactive, behavior changes according to the situation of each CAS. Also, suggestions are given to improve the situation and strengthen their leadership level through integration days training, and the commitment to change and improve the way you lead.
