En los últimos años ha aumentado el interés por el estudio de la conducta del ser humano en las organizaciones. Conocer aspectos como la rotación externa y la satisfacción del personal permitirá que los directivos provean los medios para que el trabajador se desempeñe productivamente.
El presente estudio describe una experiencia de investigación aplicada sobre el área de soldadura de la Compañía Anónima Moretran durante el período 2012, tiene por objeto determinar las causas que originan la rotación externa del personal en esta área.
En esta investigación analizaremos las relaciones del trabajador con su puesto de trabajo, las condiciones que proporcionen buenas relaciones con el grupo al que pertenecen, las condiciones físicas que favorezcan la ejecución de su actividad laboral y en cuarto lugar si las relaciones entre las condiciones de trabajo se llevan a cabo normalmente, lo cual nos permitirá conocer si el trabajador tiene alta estima a la empresa en la cual trabaja, ya que la percepción que el trabajador tenga de estas condiciones influirá en la posibilidad de generar un sentimiento de seguridad que lo impulsará a trabajar mejor y con mayor entusiasmo
Metodológicamente, cuenta con un diseño de campo que nos permite acceder directamente a datos de fuentes primarias. El estudio es de tipo exploratorio descriptivo, tomando como muestra representativa la cantidad de 25 trabajadores, extraída de un universo poblacional de 120 personas. Las técnicas que se van a utilizar son la observación, la entrevista y Cuestionario de Diagnóstico de Condiciones Laborales, adicionalmente se presentarán resultados obtenidos en la entrevista de salida del personal.

Knowing things like external rotation and staff satisfaction will allow managers provide the means for the worker to perform productively.The present study describes an experience of applied research on the welding area of the Compania Anonima Moretran during the period 2012, it aims to determine the causes external rotation of personnel in this area.In this research we analyze the relationship of the worker to his job, conditions that provide good relations with the group they belong to, the physical conditions that favor the execution of their work and fourthly if relations between working conditions They are carried out normally, which allow us to know if the worker has high regard for the company where she works, since the perception that the worker has of these conditions affect the ability to generate a feeling of security that will drive work better and with more enthusiasmMethodologically, it has a design field that allows us to directly access data from primary sources. The study is descriptive exploratory, taking a representative sample quantity of 25 workers, drawn from a population universe of 120 people. The techniques to be used are observation, interview and Diagnostic Questionnaire Working Conditions, further results in the exit interview staff will be presented.
