ESTUDIO DEL CLIMA LABORAL EN LA CADENA AMERICAN DELI S.A. DE LA CIUDAD DE GUAYAQUIL DESDE UN ENFOQUE DE GÉNERO, AÑO 2012

Resumen
La presente investigación es un estudio metodológico cuantitativo, de alcance
descriptivo, enfocado en el Estudio del Clima Organizacional de la Cadena
American Deli desde un enfoque de género en el año 2012. La muestra
estudiada es el personal de servicio al cliente de los patios de comidas.
Se evalúo el clima laboral en los locales mediante una encuesta aplicada a los
hombres y las mujeres de esta Cadena. Se valoraron 11 factores; con una
escala evaluativa de respuestas como Muy Satisfactorio, Satisfactorio, Poco
Satisfactorio, Insatisfactorio y Muy Insatisfactorio. Dependiendo de cómo se
situaba el porciento mayor de respuestas se consideró el factor enfocado hacia
una tendencia de Favorable, Desfavorable, Homogéneo, y Ambiguo.
En los resultados se presentaron semejanzas en la apreciación del género
masculino y femenino en base a factores como el sentido de pertenencia y
orgullo, capacitación y desarrollo, comunicación y retroalimentación,
reconocimiento, rumbo y visión, apertura al cambio, procedimiento y proceso,
con una tendencia hacia lo favorable. Otra semejanza se considera en el factor
de la planeación con una tendencia hacia lo homogéneo.
Existieron claras diferenciaciones en la percepción de factores como la
estructura y organización en el caso de los hombres existe una tendencia hacia
lo homogéneo y las mujeres hay una tendencia hacia lo ambiguo. Otro
diferencia es el factor de liderazgo en las mujeres se apreció una tendencia
hacia lo homogéneo, y los hombres hacia lo ambiguo. El último factor también
tuvo valoraciones diferentes en las mujeres se consideró la automatización de
forma homogénea, y en los varones de manera favorable.
