Resumen
Con el presente trabajo se pretende difundir el contenido de un estudio sobre la incidencia de sobrecarga laboral en los empleados de una empresa de telecomunicaciones. El constante malestar que se expresa queda reflejado en los niveles de estrés, insatisfacción y ausencia de estrategias para poder abordar de forma adecuada los problemas que acontecen en el ámbito laboral. El propósito de este trabajo es conocer las percepciones de los empleados.
La metodología utilizada fue transversal o de corte y la información recabada se efectuó a través de encuestas, escala de Lickert y entrevistas. La respuesta fue de 37 cuestionarios con las percepciones de los empleados. Hemos comprado la existencia de un alto porcentaje de empleados que podrían padecer sobrecarga laboral. Los resultados confirman que estamos ante un importante problema que crece.
Algunos de los empleados se ven forzados a implicarse muchas horas en los problemas y las preocupaciones de las personas que realizan su actividad laboral. Este es el caso de los trabajadores del departamento comercial cuya relación se centra en la atención a los vendedores y clientes de los mismos. Las transformaciones sociales y del propio sistema laboral hacen necesaria una reflexión en torno al ambiente laboral.
With the present work it is to disseminate the contents of a study on the incidence of excessive workload on employees of a telecommunications company. The constant discomfort expressed is reflected in the levels of stress, dissatisfaction and lack of strategies to adequately address the problems that occur in the workplace. The purpose of this work is to understand the perceptions of employees. The methodology used was cross or cut and the information collected was conducted through surveys and interviews Likert scale. The answer was 37 questionnaires with perceptions of employees. We purchased the existence of a high percentage of employees who may suffer from work overload. The results confirm that this is a major problem grows. Some of the employees are forced to engage many hours on the problems and concerns of the people doing their work. This is the case of workers in the commercial department whose relationship focuses on attention to vendors and customers thereof. Social transformations and labor system itself call for a reflection on the work environment.
