Resumen
Hoy en día los negocios se están ampliando y diversificando, optando por nuevas estrategias para lograr ser más eficientes en los requerimientos de sus clientes al momento de adquirir un bien, una de ellas es el llamado mercado en línea, donde usuarios se conectan a través de internet, ingresan a una página web, seleccionan sus productos y lo cancelan en línea a través de un debito bancario o tarjeta de crédito.
La empresa Helen Cosmetic, radicada en la ciudad de Guayaquil, distribuye productos y equipos de cosmetología, decide incursionar en este medio, ya que actualmente muchos de sus clientes se encuentran en otras provincias y les resultaría mucho más fácil lograr su compra, permitiendo a la empresa una mejor capacidad de respuesta y entrega e incrementando sus ventas, percibiendo alrededor de un 20% de utilidades adicionales a las actuales.
Actualmente el 40% corresponde a clientes locales y el 60% se encuentra fuera de la ciudad de Guayaquil, es por esto, que la empresa Helen Cosmetic contrata los servicios de una empresa dedicada a la elaboración de sitios web de compras on-line, para diseñar una página web sobre productos de cosmetología cotizada en $950,00, cuya inversión será recuperada en menos de 12 meses.
