Resumen
El sector donde se emplaza el sistema de la intersección entre la calle Luis Plaza Dañin con la avenida Francisco de Orellana, es un espacio urbano referente en la ciudad de Guayaquil, ha presentado un crecimiento dinámico que impide brindar una garantía coherente entre la intensidad de uso del suelo y sistema de espacios sirvientes y servidos. El presente proyecto analiza los conflictos de circulación entre los flujos peatonales con relación a los flujos vehiculares, planteando una zona de encuentro peatonal que enlace los diferentes polos de atracción sin interrumpir aspectos viales. El estudio del proyecto de núcleo nodal consta de 4 capítulos, empleando métodos de investigación sistemática e inferencial, perfilándose en la modalidad de proyecto factible. Se obtuvo como conclusiones que los conflictos generados en el sector de la intersección de la calle Luis Plaza Dañín y la Av. Francisco de Orellana son condicionados por su disposición en la trama urbana con respecto al eje urbano, la afluencia de usuarios es mayor a la capacidad con la que cuenta el sistema para complacer dicha demanda y es un enlace estratégico de varios sectores de la ciudad. En base a estos resultados se recomiendo consolidar este hito referencial urbano dada su elevada importancia como elementos de circulación y como polo de atracción de usuarios. Si se logra solucionar los problemas presentados de forma adecuada, el sector se perfila a convertirse en un referente urbano turístico.
The area where the system comprised by the intersection between Street Luis Plaza Dañín with Francisco de Orellana Avenue is defined urban space is a landmark in the city of Guayaquil, presented a dynamic growth that prevents providing a consistent security between the intensity of land use system and servants and served spaces. This project examines the conflicts between pedestrian traffic flows in relation to traffic flow, posing a pedestrian zone meeting that link the different poles of attraction without interrupting vials aspects. The project study nodal core consists of 4 chapters, using systematic methods and inferential research taking shape in the form of feasible project. It was obtained as conclusions conflicts generated in the area of intersection of Luis Plaza Dañin and Francisco de Orellana Avenue are conditioned by available in the urban compared to urban axis, the number of users is greater than the capacity with which the system has to satisfy this demand and is a strategic link various sectors of the city. Based on these results it is recommended to consolidate this urban landmark reference given its high importance as elements of movement and as a magnet for users. If we can solve the problems presented properly, the field is shaping up to become a major tourist urban reference.
