Resumen
En este largo proceso de enseñanzas y aprendizaje, donde parte de nuestra
vidas la hemos dedicado para tener una formación integra e intelectual, que nos
permitirá poder formar parte de una sociedad, como entes productivos y aportar
de cierta forma para un crecimiento en mejoras para el pueblo; la Universidad
de Guayaquil, en la facultad de filosofía, letras y ciencias de la educación,
mención Comercio Exterior, se forman a los futuros emprendedores, visionarios,
que por medio de cátedras, y una óptica diferente como es palpar la realidad
actual en la cual se desarrolla el movimiento comercial interno y externo del
país, nos guía para lograr enfrentar de mejor forma, las problemáticas existente
en un mundo actualmente competitivo. El objetivo central de nuestro Proyecto
de tesis, es ayudar a los pequeños agricultores de la zona de Daule provincia
del Guayas, en diseñar, informar y difundir en una forma más sencilla y rápida
sobre el proceso a cumplir, previo a la obtención del certificado fitosanitario para
la exportación, requerida para la comercialización del mango Kent, el
entendimiento de los estándares internacionales exigidos para el ingreso a los
Estados Unidos de Norteamérica; nosotros como estudiantes de Comercio
Exterior, trataremos de establecer, vínculos de trabajo entre los productores y
los funcionarios de Agrocalidad que permitan fortalecer los procesos de
aprendizaje, las causas y consecuencias del propósito investigado. Este diseño
de la investigación corresponde a un proyecto factible (viable) y a se apoya en la
investigación bibliográfica y campo. Mediante los resultados obtenidos en la
encuesta efectuada a los pequeños agricultores y la entrevista dirigida al ing.
David Salas director del área del mango, se obtienen conclusiones y
recomendaciones importantes. De allí surge la propuesta: Diseño de un Manual
de los Procesos de Certificación requeridos para La Exportación del Mango
Kent a Los Estados Unidos de Norteamérica. Con ello se espera fortalecer el
desempeño y el perfil profesional de los productores

The central objective of my thesis project is to help small farmers Daule area Guayas province , to design , report and disseminate in a more simple and quick process to meet prior to obtaining phytosanitary certificate for export, required for Kent mango marketing , understanding of international standards required for entry to the United States , we as students of Foreign Trade, try to establish working relationships between farmers and officials Agrocalidad that strengthen learning processes , causes and consequences of the investigation purpose . This research design corresponds to a feasible project (feasible) and is based on literature and field research. By the results of the survey smallholders and the interview led to Ing. David Salas director of the handle, you get important conclusions and recommendations. From there comes the proposal: Design of a Manual Process Certification required for the Kent Mango Export to the United States. This is expected to strengthen the performance and professional profile of the producers
