Resumen
La tecnología está constantemente evolucionando y es importante reconocer que la educación también necesita cambios. En nuestro proyecto, identificamos el problema que en la actualidad los profesores están en proceso de capacitación y que los discentes desconocen el nuevo proceso de aprendizaje a través del aula virtual, lo que genera el desinterés de los discentes en los primeros cursos de la carrera de Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Educación con mención de Comercio Exterior de la Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Guayaquil, En base al corriente constructivismo se define la necesidad de entregar a los discentes, herramientas que les permita crear sus propios conocimientos y dar soluciones a los dificultades que se presentan en la asignatura de Comercio Exterior. La investigación de campo permitió la recopilación de la información necesaria utilizando como instrumento la muestra, la misma que fue dirigida a los discentes y docentes de los primeros cursos de la carrera de Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Educación con mención de Comercio Exterior del presente año lectivo. Los resultados tabulados y gráficos, que permitieron llegar a la conclusión que consideran la necesidad de la implementación del aula virtual en la asignatura de Comercio Exterior, es ideal para que el contenido de la materia sea impartido de manera más dinámica, de esta manera incentiven al desarrollo integral del proceso educativo de los discentes. Se definió la propuesta con el fin de potenciar el aprendizaje en la asignatura de Comercio Exterior. Esta propuesta consiste en Incrementar la calidad de la educación mejorando el aprendizaje, a través del aula virtual para los alumnos de Comercio Exterior, lleno de contenidos On-line dentro del portal de la Facultad de Filosofía, Letras y Ciencias de la Educación, recurrir a los servicios de E – Learning y que su utilización sirva para lograr un aprendizaje de calidad e innovador. El éxito de la aplicación de la propuesta dependerá del compromiso de los beneficiarios directos e indirectos del aula virtual

The investigation of field allowed the compilation of the necessary information using as I notaries the sample, the same that it was headed to the students and educational of the first courses of the career of Degree in Sciences of the Education with quotation of External Trade of the present school year. The results tabulated and charts, that allowed to arrive to the conclusion that consider the need of the implementation of the virtual classroom in the signature of External Trade, is ideal so that the content of the matter was given of way more dynamic, of this way incentive to the integral development of the educational process of the professors. It defined the proposal with the end to improve the learning in the signature of External Trade. This proposal consists in Increasing the quality of the education improving the learning, through the virtual classroom for the students of External Trade, full of On-line contents inside the portal of the Faculty of Philosophy, Letters and Sciences of the Education, resort to the services of e - Learning and that his utilization serve to attain a learning of quality and innovative. The success of the application of the proposal will depend of the commitment of the beneficiaries direct and indirect of the virtual classroom.
