Ecuador is a privileged country that has many natural resources, thanks to its location, we must take advantage of these resources, which is what Ecuador, has been doing for many years. Like other countries, ours obtains some of its economic wealth by exporting their products such as bananas, cocoa, flowers, and shrimp. In Ecuador, aquaculture has been and remains an important source of income and jobs for the country, creating thousands of jobs. The main products exported were the shrimp and Tilapia. The export of Tilapia, especially fresh fillet has a high demand in the United States, who is the main destination of exports of this product. Today it is increasingly necessary that the countries concerned to seek the competitiveness and efficiency of the various economic sectors to make inroads into foreign markets, as this will generate foreign exchange earnings for the development and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants. Through our project, we promote social responsibility that the State have to with these sectors, in the sense of making these small-scale activities are involved in the country's economy, which generate incomes and improve the quality of life for residents. With the design of the Training Program in Foreign Trade for the Tilapia´s producers, we will contribute to the growth of the national economy through sustainable development both economically and socially : that means to satisfy the needs of the present and not will compromise the needs of future generations , and not only the national economy
