Resumen
Ecuador con el surgimiento de la globalización, el avance tecnológico y
los nuevos procesos de aprendizaje ha tenido que hacer cambios en el
área educativa basados en el Plan Nacional del Buen Vivir 2009 – 2013
de nuestro gobierno actual. Observamos está restructuración
encaminada a que los alumnos tengan conocimientos amplios en el
estudio de todas las asignaturas que los va ayudar a formase
profesionalmente y ser más competitivos en esta sociedad y mundo
globalizado que exige cada día nuevos retos en el perfil de los
educandos. En la Provincia de Los Ríos en el cantón Puebloviejo, sus
habitantes sustentan su economía en labores agrícolas, y a pesar de esto
el 82.93% de sus necesidades básicas son insatisfechas. Este proyecto
será aplicado en El Colegio Técnico Agropecuario Puebloviejo, con los
alumnos de tercero de bachillerato, en la Hacienda “La Rufina” propiedad
del colegio donde se producen las semillas de Sacha Inchi, por sus
cualidades nutritivas y por poseer Omega 3, 6 y 9 tiene una gran
demanda internacional en el área industrial por sus diversos usos y
aplicaciones en alimentos, cosméticos y medicinas. El presente proyecto
es un aporte para los estudiantes, nuestra propuesta de diseñar una guía
de exportación de Sacha Inchi, sería una alternativa para fomentar la
producción de este producto no tradicional, motivar el progreso, generar
fuentes de trabajo, que conozcan como exportar y poder vender sus
productos a un mercado externo donde por sus cualidades y bondades
es muy apetecido. Cambiar paradigmas de no ser solo agricultores, sino
potenciales exportadores y así mejorar la calidad de vida de los
habitantes de este cantón. En está investigación se expondrá en el
desarrollo de sus capítulos los antecedentes, el problema, el marco
teórico, sus fundamentos, marco metodológico, los instrumentos que
utilizamos para obtener información, el análisis y la propuesta

This project will be implemented in The Puebloviejo Agricultural Technical School, the third high school students in the Hacienda "La Rufina" school property where there are Sacha Inchi seeds for its nutritional qualities and possessing Omega 3, 6 and 9 has a large international demand in the industrial area for its various uses and applications in food, cosmetics and medicines. This project is a contribution to the students, our proposal to design an export guide Sacha Inchi, an alternative would be to encourage the production of nontraditional product, motivate progress, generate jobs, to know how to export and power sell their products to a foreign market where their qualities and kindness is very appreciated. Changing paradigms not only farmers, but also potential exporters and improve the quality of life of the inhabitants of this county.
