Factores que deben ser estudio de factibilidad para la creación de un Supermercado en la Parroquia Chanduy Provincia de Santa Elena para obtener financiamiento oportuno

Resumen
El presente estudio de factibilidad se realizó con el objeto de determinar el
mercado, estudio técnico, organizacional y financiero para la creación de un
supermercado en la parroquia Chanduy, en base a un sinnúmero de problemáticas por las que atraviesan los pobladores de la parroquia Chanduy, en la cual existe mayor demanda de productos de consumo como alimentos, aseo personal y del hogar. Haciendo así la referencia de una problemática en especial, la satisfacción en cuanto a consumo de artículos de primera necesidad y el ahorro económico. Con la creación e implementación de un supermercado en la parroquia Chanduy se ayudará a que los habitantes de esa zona disminuyan los inconvenientes que
atraviesan al no tener cerca un lugar que expenda los principales productos de primera necesidad. El objetivo del negocio será brindar variedad de productos,calidad, la mejor opción en la compra de productos con precios módicos,enfocados principalmente en la satisfacción de las necesidades y el bienestar del cliente, contribuyendo así a mejorar su calidad de vida. Por lo que para el supermercado se estima un ingreso por ventas de $ 538.766,48 en el primer año, considerando atender 465 familias en el área de influencia. El estudio financiero concluye que la implementación del supermercado requerirá una inversión de $154.490, cuyo financiamiento sería 30% de capital propio correspondiente a $46.347, y obteniéndose mediante crédito el 70% restante, es decir $ 108.143. Mediante el análisis financiero se encontró que el valor total de la inversión con financiamiento se recuperará al tercer año, con una tasa interna de retorno (TIR) de 29%, un valor actual neto (VAN) de $ 117.708.05. Considerando el proyecto
factible y apto para poner en marcha, debido a que los indicadores son positivos y el mercado creciente.
