Resumen
Un buen clima laboral es de vital importancia dentro de toda organización ya que de esto depende un excelente rendimiento de los trabajadores y así poder cumplir con los objetivos organizacionales de toda empresa, la problemática radico hace dos años cuando en la empresa se realizó la implementación de un nuevo sistema llamado Microsoft Dynamics Solomon, el mismo que causo una
contrariedad entre colaboradores ya que este programa tuvo una amplia forma de interpretación y una vinculación de información entre departamentos. Para conocer a fondo la problemática se realizó una investigación de campo donde los empleados nos proporcionarán directamente una información completa y confiable. La muestra cuenta con 56 empleados y 20 clientes los cuales forman la población en estudio. De acuerdo con el instrumento aplicado un 89% considera que el mal clima laboral afecta su rendimiento y un 50% de la muestra aseguro que la falta de comunicación afecta con el cumplimiento eficaz de sus tareas, un 80% del total manifestó no sentir motivación alguna por parte de sus superiores, llegando a la conclusión de que falta de comunicación es el factor con mayor incidencia en el mal clima laboral de la empresa, de la misma manera se recomendó hacer integraciones una a dos veces por semana con el fin de mejorar las relaciones interpersonales, se comprobó la hipótesis planteada donde un 80% de la población aseguro estar de acuerdo con la
implementación de un manual de estrategias de la misma manera se llevó a cabo con el objetivo del proyectado el mismo que era hacer un análisis del clima laboral e implementar el manual de estrategias de manera satisfactoria.

The sample has 56 employees and 20 clients which form the population in study. In accordance with the applied instrument 89% considers that the bad labor climate affects its yield and 50% of the sample I assure that the lack of communication it affects with the effective execution of its tasks, 80% of the total manifested not to feel motivation some on the part of its superiors, reaching the conclusion that lack of communication it is the factor with more incidence in the bad labor climate of the company, in the same way it was recommended to make integrations one to twice per week with the purpose of improving the interpersonal relationships, he/she was proven the outlined hypothesis where the population's 80% assures to agree in the same way with the implementation of a manual of strategies it was carried out with the objective of the one projected the same one that was to make an analysis of the labor climate and to implement the manual of strategies in a satisfactory way.
