Resumen
La empresa “Mi Ángel” atraviesa por una problemática muy extensa en cuanto al talento humano, el mismo que carece de conocimientos actualizados para tener mejor contacto con los clientes, es por eso que se sugiere que la empresa brinde capacitaciones con el fin de mejorar las habilidades y destrezas de quienes laboran en esta organización. El talento humano hoy en día, debe ser considerado por las empresas como el factor más importante, ya que es el medio por donde la empresa va a obtener con éxito su objetivo de productividad y va a poder mantenerse en el mercado. Las capacitaciones son la herramienta fundamental para el progreso de la organización, existen varios tipos de capacitaciones: según el puesto de trabajo que desempeña el empleado, según las capacidades que poseen, según el entorno laboral. Para que un empleado resulte eficaz y eficiente en el trabajo debe superarse, para que así tenga un espíritu competitivo tanto internamente en la empresa como fuera de ella. La motivación también juega un rol importante, no sólo la motivación de dinero sino la motivación intelectual, mientras más sienta el empleado que es capaz de cumplir con sus obligaciones laborales la empresa tendrá mejores resultados.
The company “My Angel” is going through a very extensive problem in terms of human talent, the same date knowledge lacking to have better contact with customers, which is why it is suggested that the company provide training to improve abilities and skills of those working in this organization. Human talent today should be considered by companies as the most important factor because it is the means by which the company will successfully obtain its productivity target and will be able to stay in the market. Training is an essential tool for the progress of the organization; there are several types of training: according to the job performed by the employee, depending on the capabilities they have, according to the working environment. For an employee to be effective and efficient in the workplace must be overcome, so that you have a competitive spirit both internally within the company and beyond. Motivation also plays an important role, not only the motivation of money but intellectual motivation, the more you feel the employee is able to meet its labor obligations the company will have better results.
