Análisis del sistema de control de asistencia del personal de la Compañía Proyectmos S.A. y diseño del reglamento interno 2012 -2013

Resumen
En la compañía Proyectmos S.A. se detectó un problema que afectó al sistema de control de asistencia del personal, que ocasionó llamadas de atención por parte de los clientes, por incumplir con el horario de trabajo contratado, los trabajadores tienen por costumbre ausentarse sin avisar al supervisor y no justifican su falta, se considera para estos casos que un sistema de control adecuado es importante para la empresa porque le ayuda a disminuir el problema de ausentismo en el personal. En esta investigación se realizo un análisis de tipo descriptivo – explicativo, que permite interpretar los hechos que se han suscitado, mediante una investigación de campo, se entrevistó al personal de la compañía; tanto del área administrativa como operativa, en total 24 de personas y 48 clientes, entre los principales aspectos se evidenció con los resultados, que el 77% del personal, considera que es necesario la implementación de un adecuado sistema de control de asistencia, también el 54% de los empleados encuestados indicaron que la Inexistencia del reglamento interno causa el desorden en la organización, el ausentismo es uno de los factores que influyen para que la compañía no pueda operar adecuadamente. Con los resultados obtenidos se concluye que se debe aplicar un control del sistema de asistencia del personal en forma rigurosa y hacer una evaluación mensual de las inasistencias, se corrobora la hipótesis de que para lograr organizar a la empresa, y disminuir las ausencias del personal es necesario implementar el Reglamento Interno. Se recomienda a la empresa, controlar eficazmente a su personal, establecer políticas de incentivos, mejorar el clima laboral, para que la propuesta de Implementar el Reglamento Interno en la compañía PROYECTMOS S.A. se realice en forma inmediata

This investigation is of descriptive type - explanatorily, because it allows to obtain evidences, to analyze and to interpret the facts that have been provoked, by means of a field investigation, he met to the personnel of the company; so much of the administrative as operative area, in total 24 of persons and 48 clients, between the principal aspects that were demonstrated by the results, that 77 % of the personnel, thinks that there is necessary the implementation of a suitable system of control of assistance, also 54 % of the polled employees indicated that the Nonexistence of the internal regulation causes the disorder in the organization and is one of the factors that influence in order that the company could not operate adequately. With the obtained results one concludes that it is necessary to to apply a control of the system of assistance of the personnel in rigorous form and do a monthly evaluation of the nonattendances, There is corroborated the hypothesis of which to manage to organize to the company, and to diminish the absences of the personnel is necessary to implement the Internal Regulation, is recommended to the company, to control effectively to his personnel, to establish policies of incentives, to improve the labor climate, in order that the offer To implement the Internal Regulation in the company PROYECTMOS S.A. is realized in immediate form.
