Resumen
El objeto de esta investigación es analizar la forma de intervención de la
Programación Neuro-Lingüística (PNL) en la motivación de los estudiantes del
4to Año del horario nocturno del periodo 2015-2016 de la carrera de
Comunicación Social, para que puedan desarrollar y concluir con éxito su
carrera universitaria.
Una de las dificultades que se ha observado es la falta de motivación de los
estudiantes la misma que incide en el fracaso de los universitarios,
postergando de esta manera alcanzar sus metas y acceder a su titulación
profesional.
A través de la PNL aplicada a los estudiantes se pretende vincular hábitos de
estudio para obtener sobresalientes resultados. La PNL trata de comprender el
pensamiento y comportamiento de las personas. Un objetivo es el de construir
nuevas opciones de aprendizaje.
La propuesta de elaborar un plan estratégico de comunicación, aplicando PNL,
permitió desarrollar mayor motivación en los estudiantes de 4to Año del periodo
2015-2016 en horario nocturno de la carrera de Comunicación Social. De los
resultados obtenidos, los estudiantes mencionan que la PNL es una estrategia
muy importante que ayuda mucho en el proceso de aprendizaje, especialmente
porque están en una carrera que trata justamente de Comunicación.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the impact that Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) has on the motivation of senior students (coursing their 4th year) who attend night school in the period 2015-2016 with a Social Communication major, so they can develop and conclude a successful college career. One of the difficulties that has been noticed is the lack of student motivation as an important cause-effect of student failure in college, thus deferring goals achievements and in consequence, jeopardizing their college career. The intention of NLP, when it is applying to students, is to create studying habits that would help obtain outstanding grading results. NLP focuses on understanding the mental processing and social behavior of an individual. One goal is to build new Learning options. The proposal is to develop a strategic communication plan, applying NLP, it allowed to develop aptitudes and greater motivation in senior students (4th year period 2015-2016) who are studying on the faculty of Social Communication at night. The data collected from the surveys shows that students believe that NLP can be an important tool in their learning process, especially because they are a college degree in Communication.
