Resumen
El tema relacionado con el clima laboral en las urbanizaciones y su incidencia en
el desempeño laboral, nace de la necesidad de crear las condiciones para lograr en los
equipos de trabajo la motivación y compromiso requeridos, a fin de obtener de ellos los
mejores resultados posibles que contribuyan al logro de los objetivos organizacionales,
a la vez que garantizar un entorno de bienestar para los colaboradores.
El presente trabajo de investigación busca evaluar y determinar la calidad del
clima organizacional en las urbanizaciones ubicadas en el sector de la Vía a
Samborondón, parroquia satélite La Puntilla del Cantón Samborondón.
La metodología aplicada es de carácter cuantitativo y cualitativo. La recolección
de datos para la investigación se empleó un cuestionario de encuesta (método
cuantitativo) y una dinámica grupal consistente en el desarrollo de un grupo focal
(método cualitativo). A través de los instrumentos de análisis aplicados se pretende
conocer las percepciones que tienen los empleados acerca de los factores que conforman
el clima de la organización en la cual trabajan, y determinar de qué forma estos factores
influyen en sus comportamientos, calidad de trabajo y rendimiento.
Como resultado se pudo observar que los sujetos de estudio, es decir el personal
de la urbanización, manifiestan en términos generales una percepción poco satisfactoria
del clima laboral, que implica todas las variables y sus dimensiones.
The issue related to the working environment in the residential areas and their impact on job performance, was born from the need to create the conditions to achieve motivation and commitment in teamwork, which are required to get the best possible results to contribute to the achievement of organizational objectives, while ensuring an environment of welfare for the employees. This research seeks to assess and determine the quality of the organizational climate in the residential areas located in the sector of Samborondon, La Puntilla parish, Samborondón Canton. The methodology is quantitative and qualitative. A survey questionnaire was used as data collection for research (quantitative method) and a consistent group dynamic in the development of a focus group (qualitative method). Through these applied instruments of analysis, we expect to understand the perceptions of employees about the factors shaping the climate of the organization in which they work, and determine how these factors influence their behaviors, quality of work and performance. As a result it was observed that the study subjects, which are the staff of the residential area, manifested in generally aspects an unsatisfactory perception of the work environment, which involves all the variables and its dimensions.
