Resumen
En la actualidad existe un promedio de quejas continua de los taxistas por las actividades realizadas detrás del volante, trabajo que amerita el estar un promedio de 14 horas manejando, buscando carreras y tratando de completar para el presupuesto diario asignado, otros alquilan sus unidades y despliegan servicios que no satisfacen a los clientes, el tema relacionado con la viabilidad operativa y financiera en la presentación de nuevas opciones de productos, que de carácter innovador tiene como objetivo el proponer variedades de servicios por parte de la cooperativa Mall 9 de abril a todo sus 214 conductores afiliados. La metodología aplicada es de carácter descriptivo de tendencia cuantitativa y revela información de estrategias aplicables para que la tecnología e innovación descrita sean de interés de los pasajeros, realizando encuestas y entrevistas a interesados, generando mejores ingresos y un amplio manejo de servicios de transporte, sin tener al pasajero firme en la unidad de transporte. Con la inversión realizada en la gama de servicios ofrecidos se tendrá proyecciones financieras en la hoja de cálculo de Excel, obteniendo indicadores relacionados al adecuado emprendimiento estratégico de los servicios adicionales

The methodology used is descriptive quantitative trend and reveals information applicable strategies for technology and innovation described are of interest of passengers, conducting surveys and interviews with stakeholders, generating better income and comprehensive management of transport services, without have the strong passenger on the transport unit.
