Resumen
El comercio exterior del Ecuador es limitado por la falta de diversidad de los productos existentes, que a pesar de ser saludables, no tienen el respaldo del gobierno o no son objeto de emprendimiento de grupos privados con el fin de ser comercializados en el extranjero y con ello obtener más divisas para el presupuesto del Estado. Un producto de interés en el mercado de Jersey City, es el Pan de Pascua que tiene una demanda justificada para su comercialización por el hecho de existir miles de compatriotas que en víspera de navidad buscan el pan de pascua, como símbolo de las fiestas navideñas ecuatorianas. El objetivo es conocer el interés del mercado de ecuatorianos en Jersey City, además de analizar las plazas posibles de comercialización y viabilizar la parte financiera de la inversión por parte de las panificadoras existentes en el Ecuador durante tres meses. Esta propuesta abarca conocer la viabilidad operativa y logística para ofrecer pan de pascua netamente ecuatoriano en Jersey City, verificando su factibilidad.
Foreign trade of Ecuador is limited by the lack of diversity of existing products, which despite being healthy, have no government support or the undertaking of private groups to be market overseas, in order to bring more foreign exchange to the state budget. Easter bread is a product of interest in the market of Jersey City and has been justified demand as well as demanded for marketing. There are thousands of citizens who on Christmas Eve looking for Easter bread as a symbol of Ecuadorian holidays. The objective is to analyze the possible places of marketing and facilitate the financial part of the investment for three months by existing bakeries in Ecuador in the interest of the United States. The proposal covers learning marketing strategies and interest of Ecuadorians residing in Jersey City, on the chance that authentic Ecuadorian Easter bread is offered, verifying their feasibility, operational and profitable advantages of export.
