Causas del sufrimiento fetal agudo en trabajo de parto adolescentes de 13 a 19 años de edad a realizarse en el Hospital Gineco Obstétrico Enrique C. Sotomayor en Guayaquil período de septiembre del 2012 a febrero del 2013

Resumen
El sufrimiento del feto en el vientre materno es uno de los problemas de salud que está afectando a 1 de cada 15 adolescentes a nivel, por este motivo se planteó como objetivo Determinar las causas de la incidencia de sufrimiento fetal agudo en gestantes adolescentes, en el Hospital Gineco-Obstétrico Enrique C. Sotomayor, durante el periodo comprendido entre septiembre del 2012 hasta febrero del 2013. La metodología del estudio fue de tipo cuantitativo, descriptivo, de corte transversal, con el uso de técnica de la encuesta e instrumento del cuestionario, que se aplicaron a 46 gestantes de 13 a 19 años con sufrimiento fetal agudo, para cumplir con el objetivo general y verificar la hipótesis. Los resultados más relevantes fueron que de 46 gestantes adolescentes encuestadas, 46% tienen 15 y 16 años de edad, 70% se dedican a los quehaceres domésticos, 63% tienen instrucción primaria, 70% fueron diagnosticadas con sufrimiento fetal agudo entre las 32 a 35 semanas de gestación, 90% no asistieron con frecuencia al control prenatal que fue la causa principal para que 80% de adolecentes no se alimentaran adecuadamente, porque no desayunaron ni merendaron todos los días, consumiendo con poca frecuencia pescado, carnes rojas, productos lácteos y vegetales, con baja ingesta de hortalizas y frutas verdes, lo que significó baja ingesta de proteínas, hierro y ácido fólico, por ello se concluyó que la deficiente nutrición de la gestante durante las diversas etapas del embarazo, fue la causa del sufrimiento fetal agudo, recomendándose un programa educativo a las adolescentes acerca de la importancia del control prenatal y de la alimentación durante el embarazo adolescente, para que puedan mejorar la nutrición durante la gestación y evitar el sufrimiento fetal agudo, de manera que se minimice la tasa de recién nacidos prematuros y óbitos fetales en el sistema de salud pública.

The main results were that of 46 pregnant adolescents surveyed , 46 % are 15 and 16 years old, 70 % were engaged in housework, 63 % had primary education , 70 % were diagnosed with acute fetal distress between 32-35 weeks of gestation , 90 % did not attend antenatal care frequently was the main cause for 80 % of infants not fed properly, because no breakfast or merendaron everyday infrequently consuming fish , red meat , dairy products and vegetables , low intake of green vegetables and fruits , which meant low intake of protein, iron and folic acid , so it is concluded that poor nutrition of the mother during the various stages of pregnancy , was the cause of fetal distress , recommending an educational program for adolescents about the importance of prenatal care and nutrition during adolescent pregnancy, so they can improve nutrition during pregnancy and avoid fetal distress , so as to minimize the rate of preterm infants and stillbirths in the public health system .
