Resumen
Se realizó un estudio descriptivo, retrospectivo para lo cual se revisaron los expedientes clínicos, utilizando una hoja cuestionario de recolección de datos, que indagaba información relacionada con el objetivo de determinar la frecuencia de los factores asociados al aborto incompleto en pacientes atendidas en el Hospital Materno Infantil Dra. Matilde Hidalgo de Procel durante el periodo del 6 de Septiembre 2012 a Febrero 2013. Para el análisis estadístico de los datos se utilizaron frecuencia y porcentaje. El universo estuvo conformado por un total de 633 expedientes clínicos de pacientes con diagnóstico de Abortos, de los cuales 481 estuvo constituida por expedientes clínicos de pacientes con diagnóstico de aborto incompleto, mientras que la muestra estuvo representada por 273 expedientes clínicos de pacientes con diagnóstico de aborto incompleto. Los resultados muestran que el 98,53% en relación con el misoprostol no se auto-medicaron, la mayor frecuencia de aborto incompleto estuvo en el grupo etario de 21 a 26 años, para un 33,33%, el 87,18% procedían de zonas urbanas, el 22,34% tenían dos gestaciones, el 49,08% son nulíparas, el 54,94% sin abortos previos, el 63,00% sin cesáreas previas, mientras un 79,85% fueron abortos incompletos espontáneos como causa desencadenante.
We conducted a descriptive study for which clinical records , using a sheet of data collection questionnaire , which inquired information regarding the purpose of determining the frequency of the factors associated with incomplete abortion patients attended at the Maternity Hospital child Procel Dr. Matilde Hidalgo during the period from September 6, 2012 to February 2013. For statistical analysis of the data frequency and percentage were used . The study group consisted of a total of 633 medical records of patients diagnosed with Abortions , which consisted of 481 medical records of patients diagnosed with incomplete abortion , while the sample was represented by 273 medical records of patients diagnosed with incomplete abortion . The results show that 98.53 % compared with misoprostol not self- medicated , the higher frequency of incomplete abortion was in the age group of 21-26 years, 33.33% , 87.18 % came from the of urban areas, 22.34% had two pregnancies , the 49.08 % were nulliparous , the 54.94 % without previous abortions , the 63.00% without previous cesarean section , while 79.85% were one incomplete spontaneous abortions as precipitating cause .
