Resumen
La educación es el fundamento de un país en desarrollo, quienes han concluido el bachillerato tienen la esperanza de seguir una carrera universitaria y obtener una profesión rentable, asegurar su capacidad profesional e ingresos que le permitan existir con dignidad .La Universidad tiene como misión fundamental procurar la formación integral de sus estudiantes a fin de garantizar un egresado culto y docto, con competencia profesional capaz de desarrollarse óptimamente en el campo laboral. La formación integral se define como un proceso educativo continuo que partiendo de una concepción amplia del ser humano, procura el desarrollo armónico de sus diversas capacidades en favor del bien común. De esta manera, la Universidad se propone que sus estudiantes perciban el desarrollo científico y tecnológico en el ámbito del proceso social y económico que lo ha hecho posible, del ambiente natural que modifica y de las consecuencias humanas que comporta. Es por esta razón que es necesario que el docente universitario sea transformado en un tutor eficiente aplicando estrategias innovadoras con métodos apropiados en el desarrollo de la cátedra propiciando una información clara y a la vez profunda , sencilla , motivadora y que eleve su autoestima ,despierte el interés por estudiar, fortaleciendo su voluntad que llevando al estudiante hacia un aprendizaje significativo y una correcta aplicación de los conocimientos a través de la práctica, convirtiéndose el profesor en un docente de calidad. El estudiante adulto universitario es dueño y artífice de su propia educación y hace vivencia de su participación sobre la dinámica de grupo, talleres, sesiones de trabajos. Es por esta razón que este trabajo investigativo propone romper paradigmas que someten a la educación a un sistema tradicional sino que por el contrario promueve el aprendizaje dinámico práctico, garantizando así un óptimo desempeño académico que servirá en su desarrollo futuro profesional

This is why we need that College teacher is transformed into an efficient agent applying innovative strategies with appropriate developing Chair methods information clear and at the same time deep, simple, motivating and raise their self-esteem, you wake up the interest in studying, strengthening their will carrying the student towards a significant learning and a correct application of knowledge through practice, becoming professor in a quality teaching. Adult undergraduate is owner and architect of his own education and experience of its participation on the dynamics of group, workshops, sessions of work. For this reason that this investigative work proposes breaking paradigms which are submitted to education to a traditional system but instead promotes the dynamic learning practical, thereby ensuring an optimal academic performance that will serve their professional future development.
