Resumen
Propósito de la Tesis: La idea de crear la capacitación continua a los docentes universitarios con la finalidad de incorporar las tic’s a los procesos de enseñanza aprendizaje. Para entender estos procesos de cambio y sus efectos, así como las posibilidades que para los sistemas de enseñanza-aprendizaje conllevan los cambios y avances tecnológicos, conviene situarnos en el marco de los procesos de innovación. Para realizarlo nos hemos apoyado en las Nuevas Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación (TIC’s). El Problema: que un considerable grupo de docentes de la Universidad Península de Santa Elena” no utiliza oportunamente las TIC´s, manteniendo un proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje tradicional. Marco teórico: Para el planteamiento de la presente tesis, nos hemos apoyado en el Constructivismo como escuela filosófica. Metodología: El método a utilizar se fundamenta en la investigación de campo y científica, lo que lo hace factible, para la recopilación de información usamos las entrevistas, con la intención de indagar sobre la funcionalidad de la Universidad Península de Santa Elena. Importancia del tema investigado: Para los docentes se les presenta la gran oportunidad de aprovechar la aplicación de este proyecto, para: modernizar y renovar el uso de las TIC′s en el desarrollo de programas educativos; mejorar la calidad de enseñanza; reducir la deserción por falta de preparación en la aplicación de las TIC′s por parte de docentes que no se proponen enfrentar con éxito los retos que entraña la actualización pedagógica, Mejorar el acceso a experiencias educativas avanzadas, permitiendo a estudiantes e instructores participar en comunidades de aprendizaje remoto, en tiempos y lugares adecuados, utilizando ordenadores en el hogar, en el campus o en el trabajo para aprender a manejar correctamente las herramientas informáticas modernas. Los beneficiarios en esta tesis serán los docentes, estudiantes y toda la comunidad universitaria Península de Santa Elena.
Purpose of the Thesis: The idea of creating the continuous training to the educational university students with the purpose of incorporating the tic's to the processes of teaching learning. To understand these processes of change and their goods, as well as the possibilities that bear the changes and technological advances for the teaching-learning systems, suit to locate us in the mark of the innovation processes. To carry out it we have leaned on in the New Technologies of the Information and Communication (TIC's). The Problem: that a considerable group of educational of the University Peninsula of Santa Elena” it doesn't use the TIC´s appropriately, maintaining a process of traditional teaching-learning. Theoretical Marco: For the position of the present thesis, we have leaned on in the Constructivism like philosophical school. Methodology: The method to be used bases in the field investigation and scientific, what makes it feasible, for the summary of information uses the interviews, with the intention of investigating about the functionality of the University Peninsula of Santa Elena. Importance of the investigated topic: For the educational ones they are presented the great opportunity to take advantage of the application of this project, for: to be modernized and to renovate the use of the TICs ′in the development of educational programs; to improve the teaching quality; to reduce the desertion for preparation lack in the application of the TICs on the part of educational that don't intend to face with success the challenges that it involves the pedagogic upgrade, to Improve the access to advanced educational experiences, allowing students and instructors to participate in communities of remote learning, in times and appropriate places, using computers in the home, in the campus or in the work to learn how to manage the modern ′computer tools correctly. The beneficiaries in this thesis will be the educational ones, students and Santa Elena's community university Peninsula.
