The following was carried out in the farm of Mr. Victor Rivas, which is located in “El Triunfo” farm, on the road las Maravillas , Daule canton, Guayas province. The objectives were: a) To compare the effect of the three doses of biofertilizer on the Production and physiological variables of the crop; B) to Determine the best dosage of the bio - fertilizer under study and c) To estimate the economic impact among the treatments studied. The commercial product BIO EZKUDO was used with four doses of application, the design was completely at random, in total four treatments were obtained with five replicates for each of them; Seven agronomic variables were measured and a partial budget analysis was performed. The budget analysis according to CYMMIT, adjusted to 5% according to the yield in kg per hectare, details that were obtained in treatment four with the highest gross profit 3668 USD / ha. In terms of the net benefits the same treatment reached the highest result with 3615 USD / ha and the one that obtained the lowest result was treatment three with 2448 USD / ha. According to Table 9, there is no dominance between the treatments. In the marginal analysis obtained in the trial treatment four obtained the highest marginal net benefit with 699 USD / ha, treatment mentioned above obtained the best marginal rate of return with 23301%. It was concluded that: • Comparing the effect of the different doses of bio fertilizers in the crop, they influenced on the following physiological variables: number of leaves per plant, fruit diameter (cm), fruit length (cm) and fruit weight, the highest yield was presented in treatment four with 10.19 (t / ha), the best application rate was 150 cm3 of bio fertilizers per ha, treatment four is the most economically profitable with benefits of 3668.6 USD / ha.
