Resumen
El propósito de este proyecto es crear una empresa de servicio de alimentación,
llamada “MRFOOD SERVICE S.A.” El presente estudio de factibilidad se realizó con el
objeto de determinar el mercado, estudio técnico, organizacional y financiero para la creación
de una compañía de servicio de alimentación para la compañía PROEXPO S.A. En base a un
sin número de problemáticas por las que atraviesan los trabajadores de la compañía
PROEXPO, en la cual existe demanda de alimentación dentro de la instalación. Haciendo así
la referencia de una problemática en especial, la satisfacción en cuanto a consumo de
desayunos, almuerzos meriendas y cenas, y el ahorro económico. Con la implementación de
una compañía de servicios de alimentación en la empresa PROEXPO, se ayudará a que los
trabajadores puedan consumir sus alimentos dentro de la compañía. Se ha estimado que
pudiere iniciar la ejecución del proyecto, con base en que se ha demostrado la necesidad de la
empresa camaronera PROEXPO S.A. de contratar servicios de alimentación para sus
colaboradores, ya que, por la ubicación del sector donde se encuentra, no hay acceso a
restaurantes donde el personal pueda alimentarse adecuadamente.
