Formación pedagógica del docente de la Carrera de Economía en la Universidad Estatal de Guayaquil y el rendimiento académico del estudiante

Resumen
Debido a los constantes cambios que se están produciendo con la
educación es necesario, que los docentes universitarios se capaciten
continuamente para de esta manera ser partícipe de los diferentes
métodos de enseñanza aprendizaje y a la vez estar en total conocimiento
de los avances tecnológicos aplicados en la educación. Sin embargo, al
observar la realidad universitaria apreciamos un grado de descontento de
los estudiantes y sus familias debido a la forma de impartir clases de una
forma tradicional. Se considera que las enseñanzas universitaria aun esta
desconectada a las exigencias del campo laboral, los títulos que se
obtienen tan solo representan el ejercicio de una profesión y es ahí
cuando se entra en contacto con problemas auténticos a su
especialización. En este entorno de relaciones sociales y económicas ,
obliga a la universidad de Guayaquil a organizar la educación en base a
las competencia que el estudiante debe alcanzar proporcionando un
pensamiento crítico enfocado a su profesionalización. Para ello el
docente en la especialización de economía debe ser investigador y
facilitador de conocimientos, valores, habilidades y aptitudes que
contribuyan a la formación del educando. Esta etapa se enfoca en el
perfeccionamiento continuo del profesor universitario, con actividades de
auto superación a través de las alternativas como diplomados, maestrías,
doctorados, pH con el fin de elevar su desarrollo personal y profesional,
hay que destacar la importancia de esta investigación ya que nos permite
ver la realidad de la educación universitaria y de esta manera poder
identificar las fortalezas y debilidades de las mismas.

However, observing University reality we appreciate a degree of dissatisfaction of the students and their families because of the way of teaching in a traditional way. He is considered the University teachings even this disconnected to the demands of the workforce, the titles that are obtained only represent the practice of a profession and there is when it comes in contact with authentic problems to its specialization. In this environment of social and economic relations, the University of Guayaquil forces to organize the education based on the competition that the student must reach by providing a critical thinking focus on its professionalization. For this teaching in the specialization of economy should be researcher and facilitator of knowledge, values, abilities, and skills that contribute to the formation of the learner. This stage focuses on the continuous improvement of the University Professor, with auto activities passing through choices how graduates, master's degrees, doctorates, pH in order to raise their personal and professional development must stress the importance of this research since it allows us to see the reality of university education and thus to be able to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the same.
