Resumen
El propósito de la tesis es realizar un análisis de la situación actual de la Carrera de
Turismo de la FIMCBOR, Facultad, de Ingeniería Marítima, Ciencias Biológicas,
Oceánicas y Recursos Naturales, de la Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral, y
como afectan las competencias en docencia en la calidad educativa; en el
cumplimientos de los objetivos educacionales, que serán el resultados de las nuevas
tendencias y cambios en el entorno turístico, en la búsqueda de la superación
académica, como la cultura del servicio, el reconocimiento de la preponderancia
ambientalista, social y cultural. La creación de un programa Andragógico como parte
de una capacitación, es de vital importancia para el catedrático universitario. El
sustento teórico está basado en la conceptualización de las competencias: sus
características, los tipos de competencia, el alcance de los diseños, la evaluación, la
calidad, y además se analizan algunos modelos de la calidad de la educación, se
integran las fundamentaciones: Filosóficos y pedagógicos de algunos autores, la
fundamentación psicológica que contempla la psicología cognitiva de la educación, la
fundamentación andragógica, que analiza los principios de la Andragogía; la
fundamentación sociológica y la fundamentación legal, que nos permiten documentar y
argumentar el proceso investigativo, continuando la metodología de investigación
exploratoria; de campo; así como el análisis de la información recopilada de las
fuentes primarias y secundarias que permiten el diagnóstico y pronóstico, dándonos el
argumento necesario para el planteamiento de la propuesta, como una herramienta
valedera para garantizar los resultados del aprendizaje. El manejo de ciertos niveles
de competencia andragógica son indispensables para un proceso educativo a nivel
superior. La implementación de un programa de capacitación Andragógica para el
docente de vocación con un vasto conocimiento y una experiencia en su ámbito de
competencia, lo favorecerá en su proceso de auto aprendizaje. La capacitación
andragógica del docente universitario es una necesidad que debe ser satisfecha,
puesto que permitirá una praxis real y efectiva a nivel superior, facilitando la
consecuente mejora continua y el mantenimiento de la calidad educativa que le ha
dado prestigio y crédito académico a la ESPOL, permitiéndole ser referente de la
educación a Nivel Nacional.
The purpose of the investigation thesis is to analyze the current situation career FIMCBOR Tourism, Faculty of Marine Engineering, Biological Sciences, Oceanic and Natural Resources of the Polytechnic School of the Coast, and how they affect the powers teaching in educational quality in the fulfillment of educational objectives, which are the results of new trends and changes in the tourism environment in the pursuit of academic improvement, and service culture, recognition of the preponderance environmentalist social and cultural. Creating an Andragogic program as part of training is vitally important for a university professor. The theoretical foundation is based on the conceptualization of skills: characteristics, types of competition, the scope of design, evaluation, quality, and also discusses some models of quality of education, the foundations are integrated: philosophical and pedagogical some authors, the psychological foundation that provides cognitive psychology of education, andragogical foundation, which analyzes the principles of Andragogy, the sociological foundation and legal basis, allowing us to document and argue the research process, continuing exploratory research methodology, field, and the analysis of information gathered from primary and secondary sources that enable the diagnosis and prognosis, giving us the necessary argument for the proposed approach as a tool to ensure valid results learning. The management of certain levels of competence is essential for andragogical education process level. The implementation of a training program for teachers of andragogical vocation with a vast knowledge and experience in their field of competence, in favor of self-learning process. Andragogical teacher training college is a need that must be met, as it will allow real and effective praxis upper level, facilitating the subsequent continuous improvement and maintenance of the quality of education that has given prestige and academic credit ESPOL allowing it to be benchmark for national education.
