Tutorías académicas en la formación de los estudiantes de la carrera de Párvulos de la Universidad Estatal Península de Santa Elena año 2012

Resumen
La Universidad Península de Santa Elena, a través de la Carrera de
Párvulos sugiere unanueva propuesta de reforma en la docencia, a
través de un programa de tutorías Académicas, en vista de que, se han
detectado aspectos que deterioran la calidad educativa en lugar de
mejorarla. La propuesta de solución a esta problemática está dirigida a
jóvenes con antecedentesde bajo rendimiento académico, los que se
amparan en aspectos problemáticos, de características sociales,
familiares y de trabajo para los cuales no es fácil cursar estudios con el
rigor académico exigido por el pensum académico, a esto se sumala falta
de hábitos de estudio previo a las clases de las asignaturas que están
cursando. Esto tiene su sustento en los Paradigmas educativos actuales
que sugieren soluciones en el impartir de los conocimientos y en las
técnicas y estrategias utilizadas para que los adultos tomen un
direccionamiento correcto. Para desarrollar la guía de tutorías, es
indispensable conocer el papel que van a desempeñar los maestrostutores
y su importancia en la actividad individual como tutor, las
relaciones de comunicación con los estudiantes y con la coordinación de
la guía de tutoría para el apoyo a la planificación y realización de las
actividades tutoriales, hay que tener en cuenta que la educación superior
demanda la incorporación de planes de estudios flexibles y transversales.
Esta investigación se desarrolla usando recursos técnicos como: la
observación, investigación de campo, encuestas consultas bibliográficas,
que permiten realizar los análisis correspondientes para llegar a
resultados que dan soporte a este trabajo. Esta investigación es
importante como un aporte para la docencia y los estudiantes que serán
los beneficiarios directos para una autonomía académica que les permita
ser los auténticos protagonistas que aprenden, analizan, toman
decisiones, aportan iniciativas, crean, solucionan problemas esforzándose
en la consecución de estrategias y conocimientos pertinentes en su
formación de estudios superiores.
The University of Santa Elena Peninsula, through the Career of Early Childhood suggests a new proposal for reform in teaching through a mentoring program Academic, given that, they have identified areas that deteriorate the quality of education rather than improve it. The proposed solution to this problem is addressed to young people with a history of poor academic performance, which benefit from the problematic aspects of social, family and work for which it is difficult to pursue academic studies with the rigor required by the curriculum academic, this is the lack of study skills classes before subjects are enrolled. This has its basis in the current educational paradigms that suggest solutions in the imparting of knowledge and the techniques and strategies used for adults to take a correct address. To develop the guidance of mentoring, is essential to know the role they will play the teacher-tutors and their importance in the individual activity as a guardian, the communication relationships with students and guide the coordination of mentoring to support planning and implementation of activities tutorials, we must bear in mind that higher education demands the incorporation of flexible curricula and transverse. This research is developed using technical resources such as: observation, field research, surveys, bibliographic searches, which allow for analysis to achieve results that support this work. This research is important as a contribution to teaching and students, who are direct beneficiaries for academic autonomy that allows them to be learning the real stars, analyze, make decisions, provide initiatives, create, solve problems striving to achieve strategies and relevant knowledge in the composition of higher education
