Resumen
El éxito de una empresa está relacionado con el cumplimiento del proceso
administrativo y las principales funciones gerenciales como planificar,
organizar, dirigir y controlar, para esto se debe mantener una estructura
organizacional y funcional sistematizada que responda a las necesidades
internas guiadas por reglas, métodos y políticas encaminadas a cumplir
con los objetivos, misión y visión de la institución, en base a ello esta tesis
examina cómo la estructura organizacional y funcional de la empresa
DISTAPIZ CÍA. LTDA. afectó su posicionamiento en el mercado; como
objetivos específicos de la investigación se analizó y evaluó la situación
actual de la empresa con la finalidad de diseñar y desarrollar un orden
jerárquico dentro de la institución, estableciendo funciones para cada
cargo al interior de la empresa ajustadas a las necesidades actuales,
desarrollando su respectivo manual de funciones, el mismo que permitirá
tener una idea más clara de las actividades y responsabilidades a
desempeñar; por otro lado, la investigación es de tipo científica de campo
utilizando el método inductivo dinámico el mismo que permitió observar
los hechos bajo una meta concreta previamente definida; debido a ciertas
circunstancias hubo que modificar la forma de recopilar información,
interpretar, comprobar y analizar las causas del fenómeno; como
población y muestra del estudio se tomó agentes internos y externos
comprendidos por 10 empleados y 90 integrantes de los proveedores
internacionales y clientes nacionales; los instrumentos estadísticos
aplicados fueron encuestas al gerente, empleados, clientes y
proveedores, con dichos resultados se comprobó la hipótesis con un
porcentaje de aceptación de 90%, que consiste en el diseño de una
apropiada estructura organizacional y funcional que permitirá mejorar el
posicionamiento de la empresa en el mercado, conocer el nivel de
aceptación de la propuesta planteada, contribuyendo a la optimización de
procesos, recursos humanos y materiales para una adecuada toma de
decisiones.
The success of a company is related to the performance of the administrative and managerial functions as the main plan, organize, direct and control, for this you must maintain a systematic organizational and functional structure that responds to domestic needs guided by rules, methods and policies to meet the goals, mission and vision of the institution, based on that, this thesis examines how the organizational and functional structure of the DISTAPIZ company affected their market position, specific objectives of the research are analyzed and assessed the current situation of the company in order to design and develop a hierarchical order within the institution, establish responsibilities for each position within the company adjusted to current needs, developing their respective manual functions, the same that will have a clearer idea of the activities and responsibilities to play, on the other hand, research is scientific field type using the dynamic inductive method that allowed us to observe the same the facts under a predefined specific goal; due to certain circumstances had to modify the way to gather information, interpret, verify and analyze the causes of the phenomenon, as population and study sample was taken including internal and external agents for 10 employees and 90 members of international suppliers and national customers, the instruments were applied statistical surveys the manager, employees, customers and suppliers, with these results the hypothesis was tested with an acceptance of 90%, which is the design of an appropriate organizational structure and functional that will improve the company's position in the market, know the level of acceptance of the proposal made, contributing to the optimization of processes, human and material resources for proper decision making.
