Resumen
El propósito de este trabajo de investigación es observar, identificar evaluar e implementar un sistema de capacitación para que los egresados puedan ejercer su profesión para que las bases sean solidas que permita y mantenga a todos los estudiantes de la facsoen un alto nivel de eficacia, Debido a lo detallado del material investigado, se estudió la posibilidad de proponer una guía o matriz de comunicación, que se usa en la administración empresarial llamada “Grupos Primarios”, esta matriz está defendida en el marco teórico del proyecto, fundamentado con principios teóricosandragógico, haciendo denotar lo importante que es tener una comunicación veraz, oportuna, confiable y efectiva para el crecimiento y competitividad de un profesional.Se utilizará el modelo exploratorio a través de la investigación de campo para recolectar datos que midan la comunicación actual y sentar las bases para la propuesta. Los beneficiarios primarios serán los miembros de la bolsa laboral en general a todo nivel, y tendrán muchas oportunidades para ser escuchados y ayudar al crecimiento interno de la organización para que se logre reconocer también su talento humano. Las herramientas a utilizarse serán la entrevista a las organizaciones que les darán empleo y a la encuesta a todo el personal que permitirá tener resultados muy acertados de lo investigado.
The purpose of this research is to observe, identify, evaluate ande implement a training system so that graduates can practice their profession so that the foundations are solid and keep allowing all students facso at a high level of efficiency, due to the depth of the material investigated, we studied the possibility of proosing a guide or matrix of communication used in business administration called “Primary Groups”, this matrix is defended in the framework of the project, informed by theoretical principals andragogical, by denonthing the importance of having a communication, timely, reliable and effective for the growth and competitiveness of professional. Exploratory model will be used by field research to collect data to measure the current communication and provide a basis for the proposal. The primary beneficiaries will be members of the general labor bag at all levels, and have many opportunities to be heard and help the organization´s internal growth to be achieved also recognize its human talent. The tools used are the interviews with the organizations that will give them employment and survey to all staff that will be very successful results of the investigation.
