Resumen
Este proyecto nace de la necesidad de buscar formas para una buena
comunicación de masas, debido a la crisis de ética profesional que atraviesan
algunos periodistas en los últimos años al emitir comentarios ofensivos que
atentan contra la credibilidad de las personas, instituciones e incluso la
estabilidad de un gobierno. Esta matriz esta defendida en el marco teórico, cabe
mencionar que no se busca con esta investigación la persecución y mucho
menos sanciones severas para los medios de comunicación que han violentado
de una u otra manera este derecho, ni mucho menos limitar la libertad de
expresión ya que representa un derecho de todos por estar tipificado en la
constitución de la República.
El objetivo principal es profundizar en la conciencia de la sociedad pero sobre
todo de los comunicadores sociales por ser los responsables de informarnos y
formarnos un criterio sobre un tema determinado y que cualquier comentario
emitido sea debidamente investigado pues uno de los deberes que debe tener el
periodista es la búsqueda constante de la verdad para que este sea transmitido
de forma imparcial y que en este proceso el comunicador no pierda su esencia,
su moral y su ética
Jamás debe manipular la información obtenida por ser anti ético y representa
una falta de profesionalismo. Por ello es de suma importancia que las
universidades no solo gradúen a los periodistas como una cifra en las
estadísticas sino brinden la formación en ética y moral.
This project stems from the need to find ways for good mass communication, due to the crisis of ethics that cross some journalists in recent years to make comments offensive undermine the credibility of the people , institutions and even stability of a government. This matrix is defended in the theoretical framework , it not to mention that this research seeks to persecution and much less severe penalties for media who have violated in one way or another this right , much less limit freedom of expression because it represents a right of all to be typified in the Constitution of the Republic. The main objective is to deepen the awareness of society but All of journalists for being responsible to inform and to form an opinion on a given subject and that any comments issued are duly investigated as one of the duties that should have the journalist is the constant search for the truth for it to be transmitted impartially and that in this process the communicator does not lose its essence , morals and ethics Never manipulate information must be obtained by unethical and represents a lack of professionalism . It is therefore of paramount importance that universities not only graduate journalists as a figure in the statistics but provide training in ethics and morality.
