Resumen
El Objetivo de este trabajo investigativo es dar a conocer la importancia que
tiene el manejo de recursos didácticos tecnológicos y la necesidad de
actualización de los facilitadores de Postgrado de la Facultad de Filosofía,
Letras Y Ciencias de la Educación de la Universidad de Guayaquil. Las
nuevas tecnologías introducen día a día a una velocidad vertiginosa,
diversos medios que permiten la interactividad de los usuarios y la
posibilidad de usarlos alternativamente o en conjunto. La interacción es un
principal medio de comunicación a través de los ordenadores personales,
que exploran por diversas vías, de forma sencilla la información que existe;
el usuario tiene la capacidad de aumentarla con informaciones propias por
eso se debe valorar el uso de recursos didácticos tecnológicos por parte de
los facilitadores, muchos de ellos no utilizan los equipos porque al momento
de usarlos les toma más tiempo de lo que están acostumbrados, se debe a
los aprendizajes empíricos, a la falta de conocimiento de las herramientas
tradicionales y las nuevas herramientas que permiten hacer muchas cosas
de manera más rápida y eficiente como es el uso del internet por parte de los
facilitadores de nuestro medio, en general, si están conectados a la red, la
tienen como un elemento de prestigio en sus aulas, que como instrumento
didáctico. Todavía existe un gran miedo de los Recursos Tecnológicos
porque los objetivos formativos no se tienen claros. Así que se debe
determinar la capacidad que posee el facilitador para la aplicación de éstos
recursos e identificar cuales conoce y cuales puede necesitar para preparar
e impartir su cátedra, por ello se diseña un programa interactivo para
facilitadores el cual contendrá las herramientas que más se utilizan y pueden
servirle para su labor de enseñanza – aprendizaje
The objective of this investigative work is to give to know the importance that has the handling of didactic technological resources and the need of update of the facilitators of postgrad of the Faculty of Letters Philosophy and Sciences of the Education of the Guayaquil University. The new technologies introduce day to day to a lightning speed, diverse media that permit the interactivities of the users and the possibility of using the alternately or as a whole. The interaction is a main middle of communication through the personal computers, that explores for diverse paths, in a simple way the information that it exists; the user has the capacitance to increase the with own information`s therefore the use is must value of didactic technological resources of the facilitators, many of them not use the equipment´s because immediately of using the takes you more time of which are accustomed, it is due to the empiric apprenticeships, to the absence of knowledge of the traditional tools and the new tools that permit make many things in a more quick way and efficient in any way whatever the use of the Internet of the facilitators of our middle, in general, if they are connected to the net, the have as an element of prestige in your classrooms, that as instrument didactic. Still it exists a great fear of the technological resources because the formative objectives not have clear. So it must decide the capacitance that possesses the facilitator for the application of these resources and identify who knows and who can need to prepare and impart your professorship, for it designs an interactive program for facilitators which will contain the tools that more it is used and can serve you for your labor of teaching – apprenticeship.
